[4.0] "A very young Kenny Omega against a Claudio Castagnoli who still had hair, wow. It's more of a nostalgic feeling watching it, because the match itself is decent, nothing more."

[6.0] "When you think about the prospect of Omega vs Claudio, you'd probably imagine something a bit more than this, but Omega was still making a name for himself in ROH at the time. The two seemed to work together very well and felt like they had complementary styles, but unfortunately the match is pretty short and ends fairly abruptly. What we got was definitely good, and it was effective from a storytelling perspective at the time, but watching it now it just leaves you wanting more."

[6.0] "A curious thing to look back on now. Definitely a nice little opening match with a lot of energy and Kenny bringing that general sense of fun."

[7.0] "Good little opener. The match is worked at a quick pace and both guys looked good. A guy in the crowd at the start of the match is wearing an Omega shirt and yells "Kenny Omega! The future, right here." This guy was so on the money and he called it back in 2008."

[5.0] "Nothing too notable here beyond the surprising outcome. Omega is a lot blander as a wrestler at this stage and doesn't really do much that's interesting. It was unfortunately too early in Omega's career for this match to mean anything as he is just too green at this point."
