[6.0] "A match that for the most part was a solid jr title match with some compelling athletic sequences, some strong technical wrestling, and small bursts of high-flying with some big bumps. Most of this match was worked at a 6/10 intensity level, which is why for the most part it was just a fun, solid match in the 3.25*-3.5* range without being anything over the top outstanding. However, I found that the ending in particular was really poorly thought out and rather awkward, and ended the match on a down note. Likely would have given this a 7 were it not for the bad ending."

[5.0] "What a disappointment this turned out to be. And what is worse is that any excuses for injuries dont work since 1, it happens towards the finish, and 2, they did a lot of high spots but the issue was putting it all together in an interesting fashion. The effort to deliver was there from both but it never came together. It felt like things were happening but the hook of two maniacs in the ring never came to its full fruition. **1/2"

[8.0] "The match starts out with long, slower-paced mat wrestling, but I didn't mind because both guys were proficient at it. What I liked about this portion was how rapidly they transitioned from hold-to-hold, staying on top of each other the whole time and leaving no breathing room. Each move/hold would immediately lead into the next move/hold, with no standing around or wasted time in-between. After that mat-based wrestling, they start busting out the big high-risk moves you'd expect from these two and it's all fast-paced action until the end. There's one part where Sasuke hits Dragon with an asai moonsault and almost lands on a very small child in the crowd. Pretty scary to think what could have happened there. Overall the match was good, but the finish was a bit abrupt/awkward, to the point where I thought it was a botch at first."

[7.0] "A good match but not the outstanding match I was hoping for. There was an over reliance on grappling for the first 5-10 minutes that became pretty annoying after a while. There was still ‘high flying’ thrown in but it was just really formulaic stalemates that you always see. Things got much better once both men started implementing their well known high flying moves (not just stalemates), as their chemistry became better and led to more exciting spots and sequences. I loved both men hitting big moonsaults into the crowd (although the poor crowd probably got smacked quite a bit). They teased an angle with Dragon injuring his ankle from his moonsault but nothing came of it. It’s a shame about the (likely) botched finish with the referee giving the 3 count far too quickly and not allowing the finish to have proper impact because the hurricanrana that finished it was so slow. ***1/4"
