Dusty Rhodes vs. Hulk Hogan

[5.0] "Okay match. Not a must watch. The beginning section were great. After that there weren't many interesting things. And the body language later wasn't the best either which did break the immersion."

[4.0] "Not bad, not good either. The blade job by Dusty seemed uncalled for and just like an easy trope that didn't even get much heat. The best part was both men doing their shticks, basically the only parts of the match that got heat."

[4.0] "Interesting match, but wont be remembered as one of the great matches. Dusty bleeds for a bit. **1/4"

[6.0] "It's the Hulkster vs the American Dream in Japan. It's a fun short match with a young heel Hogan. Dusty bleed and make a comeback. Classic 80's finish for a rematch."

[5.0] "Now here's one hell of an interesting match on paper, the biggest star of the NWA versus the future biggest star of the WWF. Because Hogan is early in his career and not yet the megastar he will become, this match doesn't really live up to the hype. It was still a decent match and for novelty value it is worth your time, but don't go in expecting what this match could have been had it happened say 5 or so years later."

[5.0] "An interesting match in hindsight due to those involved but the content is really just ok, fairly basic. Hogan seems like he might be green still. Dusty is fun to watch but doesn't exert himself too much, though he does get bloody as the match goes on. Fine match, nothing special except as a curiosity."
