[6.0] "Shane has a good history with Last Man Standing matches because he is insane, and this one is no different. While certainly not nearly as good as the one he'd have against Kane years later, it was still a good performance. It was overbooked with Vince and Test coming out, but I guess they figured that was the only way to make it feel like Shane'd logically have a chance. Also doesn't make Show look great considering he had Shane beaten a bunch of times. It is heavily reliant on the big spot at the end. Without that, this would have been a 5 point match, but it so huge and so memorable that is worth the boost. A car crash match with one massive spot, but it is a really fun one too."

Shane's tactics are actually pretty smart at the start of the match where he kept himself out of reach and gets a lot of weapon spots and they even tease an impossible clean win when Shane uses ether to knock Show out but then Vince shows up and hits his son with a chair and things look really bad for Shane after Big Show recovers and he dominated and started playing with his food. Test shows up after awhile and they end up brawling on the stage and the finish with Shane jumping off the top of the tron looked unbelievable. It's an insane all or nothing spot Shane became best known for as a performer. It's a much better match than the one at the previous year's Judgment Day simply because it was a better story and Shane is easy to route for here."

Test comes in and helps Shane, which eventually leads to the awesome elbow drop off the structure. **"

Starts off hot then Shane brings in a rag with something on it that temporarily knocks out the big show before Vince makes a run in and knocks Shane out with a chair. It slows down for a while like test runs out to save shane then from there they all go to the entrance ramp to set up the huge spot at the end. Legendary moment and an awesome way to end the match. 3.5/5"

As usual, Shane busts out some unique offense to show his desperation to get a win over an opponent that's undermining his capabilities. The elbow drop at the end is one of his most memorable daredevil endeavors."

It plays fantastically on the ongoing angle with Test entering and all that, the pace doesn't miss a bit and it serves as a great example of an 'all over the arena' match."

Lexino73 wrote on 01.05.2021:
[6.0] "A standard match for Shane O Mack with the use of foreign objects and a tougher match style. Big Show could have finished the match several times, but he, like a beast, wanted to completely destroy the opponent, fortunately Shane was not prevented by the intervention from Vince and Test arrived in time and saved him. But of course, the main action was a crazy and great jump from a great height."

[6.0] "This was an average Shane McMahon match, in that it was mostly based around simple pro wrestling maneuvers and spots. As a last man standing match this was okay but nothing great, pretty forgettable except for Shane McMahon jumping off of the stage set at the end"
