[3.0] "It truly is hard for Daniel Bryan to have a bad match, but this is probably a contender for his worst one. Despite what his iron-man performance in Saudi Arabia two weeks prior would've had you believe, he's still having to shake some of the ring rust away. Coupled with a Big Cass who had been meandering since he split from Enzo (resulting, once again, in two Janettys) and going through a bunch of issues, then you've got a recipe for a really mediocre match. Perhaps his release a month later was a blessing in disguise, because he's clearly grown into a serviceable powerhouse since then, and I'd love to see a Danielson v. Morrissey match some time down the line, just to prove it was circumstance, and not the talent, that made this match bad."
[3.0] "I will never understand why WWE thought it would be a good idea to waste Daniel Bryan's first singles feud since his return on a giant plank of wood like Cass is far outside of my understanding. Add to that, Cass' struggles with alcoholism and other issues he was going through at the time, and you get a disappointingly mediocre match on a mediocre card."
[4.0] "The American dragon with all the professionalism tried to get something worthwhile from Big Cash, it is worth admitting that he did it in part and the big man looked like a real threat, and not like a clumsy thug."
[6.0] "Bryan got the most out of a match with such booking and an opponent like Big Cass. It was pointless for him to try to promote the match as David vs. Goliath, it didn't even get to the finger nail of any match between him and Takeshi Morishima. Big Cass was very bad, it wasn't until the post-match segment that I saw some personality from him."
