The feud with Jericho had exposed her badly for months at this point and her singles push pretty much ends here as a result. From the booker's perspective, the Chyna vs Jericho feud was a complete failure. Vince wanted to help Chyna and hurt Jericho but instead ended up achieving the complete opposite. It goes to show that manipulating the audience has its limits even in a boom period. 1.75*"
[6.0] "I actually enjoy this match a good bit, so I'll give it a somewhat generous 6 points. There's a lot of hard hitting action and very close near falls that leave you on the edge of your seat. I think this is the best way to use Chyna in terms of the title pictures, because Holly and Jericho were able to hide her weaknesses and still get her enough of a spotlight in some big moments. I mentioned this in my Armageddon review of Chyna vs. Jericho, but it makes me wonder if this was the start of the breakup between Chyna and Triple H, because Chyna just does not seem fully there or passionate anymore."
[5.0] "A ok match Jericho being star of the match and holly being heel Chyna mostly add some moments but nothing much, she look weakest in this match , Jericho win with lionsault on Chyna"
[4.0] "Chyna deserves credit for often taking big bumps in her matches and she takes some impressive ones here, but it was obvious she was struggling a lot more in this match than in any of her 1999 PPV matches as her offense didn't look good at all. Jericho and Holly carried the match as best they could but a lot of the match wound up looking slow."
[3.0] "I'm sorry, but Chyna is the shits. She definitely puts in a valiant effort in this match, but the action is sloppy and lacking in impact. Jericho and Holly's segments work well enough, but anything she's involved in is fragile. That being said, she does some impressive bumping in this, but is out of position for the finish. Skip this."
[5.0] "Extremely average match at best. Holly and Jericho looked miles ahead of Chyna in the ring and in my opinion the MVP of this match is Jericho. Spot of the match has to be the Lionsault finish."
[6.0] "I think that Jericho vs Holly would have been better, as they had a pretty good chemistry when left alone in the ring, but the Triple Threat Match wasn't a bad idea either. Chyna's offense obviously sucked, but it was limited due to three wrestlers being involved, plus the action was fast and somewhat smooth. It wasn't too long, the crowd was hooked and it was an easy watch."
[5.0] "Well this match was a bit sloppy, and I really wished they had Chyna win, but it was alright I guess. Nothing really incredible, and the build was much better than the match itself. I'm not really sure what business Hardcore Holly had being in the match in general though."
[7.0] "This was actually a really fun Triple Threat. Your not going to see an insane spotfest or an insane technical classic. This is a really good match that serves its purpose and gets the crowd hyped up and into the action. The finish was awesome and the spots when they happened were great too."
[6.0] "Not the best match in the world and a resolution to a dull storyline in which Jericho and Chyna were co-champions. Hardcore Holly is thrown in just because. Jericho is stil getting acclimated to the roster, but seems to be dropping further down the card since his debut. Jericho and Holly beat the crap out of each other in the beginning, so that made it a little fun. Chyna is well out of her depth here. But the match was a little fun."
[7.0] "I actually liked this one. The inclusion of Holly was to take things away from Chyna without removing her from the storyline, as she was still an important piece of the puzzle. But in the ring, Chyna was nowhere near the level of the other two guys (and Jericho was now the babyface between the two)"
[5.0] "Just an average triple threat match that just felt like filler for this PPV. Everyone in the match did what they needed to do and there were a few good spots (mainly because of Jericho) but nothing that really stood out."
[5.0] "So Jericho and Chyna became co champs through a referees stupidity. Holly shoves Chyna because he's a redneck prick and it's a chopfest. Y2J gets the Walls of Jericho, but Chyna breaks it up. Holly takes a powder and Jericho and Chyna fight. Holly and Chyna fight it out on the floor, and Chris springboards onto Holly. Back inside Holly and Jericho do some stuff. Chris gets sent outside then Chyna hits the pedigree on Holly but it's stopped at 2. Holly gets Chyna in the electric chair position and Jericho comes off the top with the crossbody in a nice spot, only 2 1/2 for Jericho. Chyna is back up and she fights Holly up top which she wins with the superplex but Holly does the small package spot right after for a 2. Chyna whacks Holly with a chair and the referee would have to be Stevie Wonder to miss it. Chyna goes to the walls and Jericho hits the hair grab bulldog and the lionsault for sole ownership of the title. Good enough."
[7.0] "This was the match where I always felt like WWE was saying "Okay, we're in for Jericho, and we're symbolically putting him atop the midcard here.""
[4.0] "Only reaction they got was at the last seconds of the match when Jericho hits is moonsault and I think it tells pretty well how poor the match was. Chyna looked especially poor in it."
[5.0] "Akzeptables Titelmatch, wo aufgrund der Zeit aber irgendwie auch nicht mehr drin war. Y2J trägt das Match natürlich gewaltig, was auch das Publikum in Brooklyn wahr nimmt. Mit ein bisschen mehr Zeit, wär da sicherlich auch mehr drin gewesen, so ist es höchstens mittelmäßig."
[5.0] "Früh im Match zeigt sich, dass Jericho doppelt so gut ist, wie beide Gegner zusammen. Es war leider sehr deutlich zu erkennen, wie die Moves und Attacken gegen Chyna besonders vorsichtig durchgeführt wurden. Die Aktionen wirkten tatsächlich irgendwie zusammenhangslos. Schade, da war mehr drin."
[5.0] "Jericho and Chyna are co holders of the intercontinental title and so they are gonna settle it in a triple threat it seems. Hate to say this but Chyna seems to gentle in her offence and makes the whole match become clunky. A couple of good nearfalls but everything is too clunky and short to be anything."
