Hercules vs. Tito Santana

[9.0] "The WWF thinks they have to add heat to The Honky Tonk Man to get the heel character over more (he didn't need it! ), this leads to him attacking Tito Santana before the bell, focusing on the left leg. Did you know Hercules could be fairly technical and go out there and use holds, knowing how to work them and making everything look great? Dude's underrated. This is all so great, Hercules even takes off the knee pad and starts to slowly grind at it, whomever is calling the match is coming up with great ideas. It takes a long while (and it was all enjoyable) but Santana eventually mounts a comeback and he goes for Herc's left knee, even taking the knee pad off! This is Fkn GREAT. In the midst of a figure four, Bobby Heenan shifts the complexion of the match entirely, though Tito is the one to take advantage! Out of nowhere, Hercules accomplishes the pinfall. One of the best matches from 1986 and '86 was a fantastic year. 9.25"

[7.0] "Santana is attacked before the match by The Honky Tonk Man, who was still celebrating his minor league win over Sivi Afi and leaves him laying outside the ring. So Hercules takes advantage of a downed Tito Santana and begins the match on top. He spends the majority of the match working on Santana's leg, a snoozefest as a result until Tito starts beating on Hercules's knee for payback."

[9.0] "Pretty great match honestly, Tito Santana was definitely one of the best workers in the company at this point and maybe in the world, dude is top tier. Hercules is often underrated as well, as muscle men of the era go he's one of the better ones."
