Everyone just shows up in what is probably the best TNA TV match of 2005. Shelley, Aries, & Dutt get their moments to shine, Aries looked the best out of all of them by the way. But that special charisma & chemistry with AJ, Daniels, & Joe is felt in this one. Daniels coming across as arrogant as possible with Joe, even though Joe is his tag partner is so good. When AJ & Joe are in there, it's fantastic to behold. ****1/2 |

I always find the stereo submission spot to be a bit contrived, but other than that this was just a rapid fire blitz of action. Nothing exceptionally deep, but a fun match that the crowd was heavily in to, and a good way for TNA to demonstrate how different they were to WWE at the time for their 'Prime Time Special'. |

I think booking this match was the right thing to do for such a special TV episode, maybe people were going to discover TNA with this particular show so booking this so the world could see what the company can present in its best hours was the right move. It was brilliant, inventive and creative in the ring, it was well booked, it was executed perfectly and the crowd was totally into it, I'm so satisfied after seeing this. |
