[6.0] "A nice little opener, a solid one that showed off a young Go Shiozaki, it is easier to say in hindsight, but you can see how he became a star, he has it, and is fun to watch even at his age."
[6.0] "This has a rough start which sees Morishima botch the Scrapbuster in two different blown spots. One would have seen him swat Go out of the air as he attempts a missile dropkick, which would have been an awesome spot if pulled off correctly. Thankfully they manage to find their footing again, and this was a solid match with plenty of stiff moments. Morishima makes up for his previous notches by working extra stiff and Go shows a lot of promise here, even if having him work as a Kobashi clone didn't make for the best presentation. Go doing all the big Kobashi spots just made me want to watch a Kobashi match."
[3.0] "sloppy as all hell, especially at the beginning and frankly a bit on the boring side, nothing match and nobody in particular looked anything special"
[5.0] "This was a nice showing for Morishima and Yone, whilst giving Shiozaki a bit of time to shine. Im a sucker for a hoss matchup which we got between Morishima, Yone and Honda but this was again a pretty nothing bout to warm the crowd up a bit before the proper matches began. Yones Kinniku Buster always wows me, and Shiozaki sold it like he died, which made for a entertaining finish."
[5.0] "Would have been better if yone's GHC hardcore championship was defended in a single action rather then having him in this random tag match. Shiozaki was great here showing his skills"
[7.0] "Good undercard tag, with some big moves fitting of a Tokyo Dome match, such as the modified Doomsday Device from Yone and Morishima, where Yone did a spinning kick instead of a clothesline off the top. Good stuff, and the veteran/rookie team of Honda/Shiozaki gelled well together."
[5.0] "The match felt like a standard undercard tag match. Shiozaki's moonsault is beautiful, and the muscle buster was cool, but other than that there's nothing too interesting."
[7.0] "This match is so much fun with wrestling's greatest underdog young boy Go Shiozaki getting absolutely clobbered by Yone and Morishima and still fighting back. Great sign of things to come for this card"
[7.0] "It was a truly great undercard match. Go Shiozaki was very impressive here, I liked when he attacked his opponents at the very beginning of the match. All the match is very strong and great to watch. ***1/2"
