[3.0] "The tag team division was very weak at that time, and for me personally, this match was probably the least interesting. An ordinary multi-sided tag team match, which is not memorable, 3 points."
[3.0] "Going into this match, I was excited. Seeing the rating on this match I thought it was just underrated, but I was wrong. REALLY wrong. Having Skip & Zip get eliminated without the team doing anything wasn't smart. They were used as a comedic relief. The Rockers had some good offense before being eliminated out of the blue. Now it's just two teams left, with the Godwinns and Guns. I feel like this match was just used to have a regular tag match between the Godwinns and Smoking Guns, but have two other teams add some time into the match. The Smoking Guns are the best team in this match, so them winning made sense. So much down time with Henry being kicked, them getting up, and repeat. The finish was screw again, just like the last match. The finish did make sense with the smoking guns, but I feel like they should have won clean against the Godwinns."
[4.0] "This match passed the time, but it wasn't very good, to be honest. The Smoking Gunns were probably the best team in there and were the best choices to win."
[3.0] "At first seeing the score this match has I thought it had to be underrated considering every team (except the Godwinns) are pretty good. I was wrong this was way more boring than expected essentially because said Godwinns spend the longest in the match while the other two more talented losing teams barely get ring time. Also the tag division continues to be a prop for Sunny to appear on tv and nothing more"
[3.0] "Why is it a Fatal 4 Way if two teams get immidiately eliminated? I mean, Candido doesn't even make it to the ring and when more than two people are in there it gets sloppy, plus when Bart and Billy are supposed to fight each other they just cold tag Prichard, so what was the point of it? The only redeeming thing about it is Billy Gunn who lately started boozing with charisma and he puts it on display here."
[4.0] "I hate how the Tag Team division is so focused around fucking Sunny of all people, the most overrated manager in the business because it takes away from the actual match. This match was fine, a bit messy at times but that's expected due to the amount of people in the match"
[3.0] "God I thought this match would never end Vince hates tag team wrestling and yet he still allowed this disaster match to have 10+ minutes? Make it make sense Easily the worst match of the night. Just plain bad"
[5.0] "I thought this was a decent match, considering how bad the WWF tag division was at the time, and kept up a fast pace. My biggest complaint was one of the rules that the Gunn's could be in the ring at the same time? Just dumb"
[4.0] "Hated the tag division at this time because it was the Gunns/Donna's/Godwinns never ending feud. New Rockers are actually my favorite team of the bunch and poor Marty was made to act like a total goof at this time. Skip has the messed up neck so the Donna's are quickly jobbed out the door. Zip/Prichard would become a WWFE agent, but the future wasn't too kind to poor Skip:( Gunns retain. Basic stuff."
[1.0] "The tag team division was a joke by this point and this was pretty much the definition of tag team wrestling in WWF in 1996. It was all about Sunny and none of the wrestlers in the ring could impress. Awful stuff. [1/2*]"
[3.0] "I think this was the whole tag division at this point, and despite a some of the wrestlers being pretty talented it's clear that neither they, the WWF or the crowd cared about this. Th elimination format makes more sense than the other way of doing multi-team tag matches where the first fall wins, but it was handled poorly with the nonsense with both Gunns being tagged in at once, and couldn't save the match from being poor."
[2.0] "This was a boring tag team match. The tag division was not very good at this time even though Vince McMahon was trying to push that idea on commentary. The crowd was dead for most of it, which shows how little the fans cared about the tag division at this moment. The four-way format wasn't very common in this era, so that's why the eliminations were poor. (*)"
