[8.0] "These two guys ended up stealing the show - granted, it was a pretty weak show by ROH's standards at the time, but I think they delivered beyond expectations. Jay Briscoe does an excellent job of working over Aries' shoulder, and Aries sells it incredibly well, even going as far as not being able to perform certain moves because he doesn't have enough strength in his shoulder to execute the maneuver. The finish is unexpected, but completely logical. Briscoe locks in a Cobra Clutch submission on Aries and Aries' shoulder is so banged up he has no choice but to tap. Whenever a wrestler wins with a move that isn't his finisher, it can feel underwhelming sometimes. It seems like that was the case here as the crowd didn't make much noise for the finish. I personally thought the submission looked great however - it looked like a credible hold, and it made sense given the strategy Jay had laid out."
