[7.0] "This was a pretty good match. I already mentioned during my review of James Storm vs Lashley on this show of my disdain for heel Josh Matthews so I won't mention it much here. This was a 6 way match to try and kick off the merger that happened between Impact Wrestling and GFW. This was the first match that Desmond Xavier, who would go on to have a significant run in Impact as part of the Rascalz, but also made a great X-Division wrestler. They also brought back old X-Division stars Low Ki and Sonjay to compete in the match as well. This was a case of a very good beginning and a very good closing of the match, but the action slowed a lot in the middle. Low Ki won after hitting Warriors Way on Trevor Lee to win the title. ***1/2"

[6.0] "Your standard X-Division multi-man match with a lot of choreographed spots. Dezmond Xavier looked most impressive, and it was interesting to see Low Ki wrestle this style of match again. Sonjay Dutt got an especially nasty-looking injury where his eye was completely swollen shut and a giant bump the size of a golf ball was forming over his eyelid. Overall, the match was enjoyable, but ran a little too long for my tastes. There was also a weird middle portion where Andrew Everett and Trevor Lee had a little mini-singles match in the middle of the ring while everyone else waited outside. It felt like it didn't belong in this kind of match and I questioned why the match was structured in such a way."
[7.0] "Low-Ki made his return here, winning the X-Division Title in the process. The match was good with some fantastic sequences thrown in. Everett and Lee had a dull heat segment in the middle of the match, ruining the flow here. If you shaved five minutes off here, the match would've been great. Regardless, still a good match."
