[5.0] "This bout starts really strong and then picks things up for a very good closing minute or two, but the entire middle is pretty mediocre. There are a lot of rest holds and a lot of very basic moves that don't retain the crowds attention very well. It's pretty clear that if these two weren't kayfabed about facing each other, they certainly didn't have a lot of time to talk things through. It is a perfectly fine match that has glimpses of something better, but is ultimately just average."
[4.0] "Below average match between two usually steady workers, I think their chemistry was just totally off and the crowd really didn't care about it at all. Carlito won the "vote" in a landslide and the crowd booed, so that probably should have set off alarms from the jump. Not a total disaster or anything, and picked up a little towards the end, but pretty boring and one you don't come out of with much to say."
[5.0] "I don't know... It wasn't bad or anything, but it didn't feel like it flowed nicely. They were kinda doing a move, then waiting for a minute and then doing another one. At least Jeff was over and they made Carlito a heel for this bout, so it wasn't too cold."
[5.0] "This only an average match. They should have had a better match, but there were several moments where they messed up. They must have been told they needed to fill time because they killed so much time with Carlito applying rest holds. **1/4"
