[7.0] "I enjoy this match. Royce really shows out and hits a great widows peak on asuka. Some fun spots with the team work between Kay and Royce as well. Asuka doesn't get to do as much of her stuff but she except with the kick to Kay face on the double team counter and the kick out is fun. The spot with cross makes sense and was well executed but it bugs me that the iconic duo do not just pin one another instead of going and attacking Asuka after it would've been much more logical. That detracts for me particularly because it's clear they're not trying to prevent each other from winning. But still very fun match."
[5.0] "An okay match, were it not for the fact that it was both a 4-way match and a title match. The 1v1v2 dynamic throughout the whole bout was interesting. But it also made timing a bit awkward. It had a very anticlimactic ending. Still, could have been worse. **1/2"
[6.0] "10 minutes are too short for a Fatal 4-Way match in which there's a Women's Title Shot in a PPV. However, the four performers made the possible for an acceptable match. (6/10)"
[5.0] "Quite fast. Obvious and undisguised alliance between the IIconics. These will put Cross through a table next to the commentators at the entrance. Good and nothing more. (2*3/4)"
[7.0] "I liked this more than others. Obviously not the best match workrate-wise, but I thought the story of the match was really well told, and the whole match was well done."
[7.0] "I liked the way it was constructed, with Peyton Royce and Billie Kay working as a team for one of them to win the title and Nikki Storm playing her crazy role very well. I think the writers of the match also realized that if they went classic they wouldn't have such a good match, so they threw in a big spot in the middle of the match, plus they made Asuka look more vulnerable, setting her up slightly, slightly for when she loses the title. Unfortunately they blew it with the finish, which was too short. I don't know if they ran out of time, something else happened, or if that's just how they planned it, but if they had put a few more minutes into the match something much better would have come out."
[5.0] "Very mediocre which was a shame for an Asuka title defence. None of these women were even remotely on her level and so there was never any suspense in the slightest."
[7.0] "A nice example that workrate isn't the only way to get a match over. This was good stuff, a mix of action and strong character work, not the greatest thing ever but definitely good."
[6.0] "Both members of the then Iconic Duo were in this NXT Women's Title bout, along with Nikki Cross for good measure. This was in a period where there were no standout challengers for Asuka, so Takeover women's matches kind of dropped off at this point. Decent enough showing though."
[4.0] "Dieses Match war alles in allem maximal okay; man konnte sich schon deutlich mehr erwarten. Nicky Cross wurde vorher als einzige ernsthafte Herausforderin angepriesen und wurde schnell vom Tag Team ausgeschaltet. Danach kam es zu einem de facto Handicap Match, dessen Ende man 5km gegen den Wind riechen konnte."
