[8.0] "This was a fantastically entertaining match. They made great use of the stip, and these guys were all well up for it. Slater had the odd rough moment here or there, but other than the match was near perfect. A few great spots, all 4 guys being on the wire, the spot were everyone was riding somebodys shoulders, some crazy bumps. The finish was a bit odd, though, Slater manages to get the strap free from a tussel with amazing red, and Cedric runs underneath him and yanks it out of his hand. Bit of a deflating finish, although the follow up with Amazing Red being inducted into the HoF was sweet."

But as it is... he didn't. Not a bad Ultimate X match, I must say. My only complaint is the ending of Cedric yoinking the title off Leon that, whilst in character, feels a little too abrupt."

[8.0] "Pretty fun match. That ending was fun too. Perfect heel win by Alexander, who just yoinked the title from Leon Slater who was suspended above the ring. The only nitpick is that Mr. Elegance showed almost nothing in the match, but what he showed was good, so no complains there. Amazing Red being told by HEEL Kazarian that he is going into TNA Hall of Fame is also good. It made sense, Kazarian and Amazing Red had a lot of history together."

You had the youngest and former youngest X-Division champions fighting for the title in the air and the current heel champion sneaks away with the belt. Lots of fun spots in a nonstop match and I'm not really surprised how good this was considering I like everyone here other than Mr. Elegance. ***.5"

[8.0] "It was a great match, where almost everyone performed well. Except for Mr. Elegance. He's terrible. Amazing Red is still good. The speed is not the same anymore, but it can still surprise. I would have noticed that I expected more from Fabian Aichner. I remember him from NXT, he did cool things. Here, it's like he didn't even give 70% of his effort. Navarro liked it very much. A great talent and hopefully a future X-Division champion. He was created for this belt. Well, the ending... Terrible. The same as last year. What for? We were not surprised, but disappointed with the ending. ****"

There were a few big moments, a Leon Slater double blockbuster was cool, and the Kazerian and Aichner springboard was good, but nothing stood out. I've not seen a lot of Ultimate-X matches, but I feel like this was one of the less interesting ones, especially with how short it was, and how anti-climatic the ending was."

[7.0] "It was a really really fun match actually I really loved the dynamics of the match. But the entire time I think it was a little bit odd that the champions Alexander wasn't involved like at all. He wasn't involved in any of the in ring spots he was pretty much in the outside the entire time. And for the finish I mean I have to respect then to an extent that they wanted to try out something different but it ended up being very flat to me and didn't go well. Alexander just doing a drive by yoink for the title is just lame. Red NEEDS to have one last run in tna leading up to the hall of fame induction PLEASE. (***3/4)"
