[9.0] "I feel like I must be crazy as I am about to give this match its highest rating ever and only 9 but that is wild to me. Liger's only WWE match. Tyler and him put on a really compelling match. Tyler and Liger doing some really great character stuff at the start was fun"
[6.0] "a real "Moment" type match. seeing JTL in this environment is crazy just from a "wow, that's weird" perspective and the crowd is pretty electric - i have to imagine getting to see a true wrestling nerd legend like him, in person, in america, at this point in time was just bonkers. the match that plays out is good enough, JTL is like 50 years old here but is very charismatic and does pull out some fun stuff from his bag of tricks and Breeze is mostly there to get his ass beat, but it's clear why this match happened: to get people fired up."
[6.0] "I used to absolutely love this match, looking back I think it was more to do with being introduced to Jushin Liger than any particular quality in the ring. This was not bad by any stretch, it is quite good actually, but it feels utterly banal for the only Jushin Liger WWE match. Breeze sells very well and Liger pulls out all the crowd favourite spots, both men do a good job. Liger gets the win with a Liger Bomb in relatively short order. Worth a watch but maybe not one to seek out."
[6.0] "It's so weird to see Jushin Thunder Liger in a WWE ring, but he fit in perfectly here. The crowd was psyched to see him, and he was feeding into their energy with some amusing comedy bits. As a match, this was fine for what it was - a showcase for Liger - and that's all it needed to be. ***"
[5.0] "A really nice fun little showcase for the old Jushin Thunder Liger. This being his one and only Takeover match is crazy but a nice victory for the veteran. **1/2"

Tyler Breeze was a decent enough talent that he could have had a better run than he did, but they did well with him in NXT before Vince got his hands on him. Liger mocking Breeze throughout the match was hilarious. Completely average."
[5.0] "I mean this match was boring to me and nothing too eye catching. Definitely not the Liger I am used to. It's not a must see unless you just wanna see him in a WWE ring. Other than that, no. To be fair though, Liger was old by this point and that was probably as much time as he could take."

Between a man who has been a true innovator and an icon in this business and Jushin Thunder Liger. jk but i love this match because this is just one of the many great comedy matches liger gave us through the latter portion of his career. Also Breeze is my all time favorite so 7.5/10. SOTM(Spot of the Match): not a spot this time but i loved Breeze's entrance."
[7.0] "This was a very good exhibition for Liger in WWE and Breeze served as a good opponent here. Liger's offense looked crisp and great as usual while Breeze gave his best to counter and sold the bumps very well. It didn't go to the next level but it was pretty good from what was seen. 3.25 out of 5 stars!"
[7.0] "Very good match, the problem is that it's too much based on Liger's legend status than on his wrestling sometimes but Liger did a very good performance, he dominated a lot with fluide submissions and the finish was good. Breeze sold well his offense. ***1/4"
