[5.0] "hardcore vs comedy match, kept short and was clever. Not a great match, but a nice change of pace in a tournament setting. The surprise win was a fun way to eliminate Kasai."
[8.0] "This match was short and funny, what else do you need? Not every match has to be a mat classic to be enjoyable and this match was certainly a delight to watch."
[2.0] "*3/4 Very bad match, the wrestling was terrible, but at least Taguchi brought some creativity. Kasai did the same old thing, very little to highlight and at least it only lasted 5 minutes"
[7.0] "I enjoyed the hell out of this, Tahuchi with the step ladder and swimming hat and goggles was hilarious. He also now holds the record for most BOSJ wins"
[7.0] "A historic match, regardless of how good you or I think it is. Ryusuku Taguchi has set the record for most total wins in BOSJ history. It coming over Kasai, is quite funny. As was the match itself."
[6.0] "Very short but pretty entertaining match. Not super funny despite all comedy spots, it never got boring and there was enough actual wrestling in the mix."
[6.0] "Comedy is subjective and I had a fucking blast watching this. Taguchi's mini ladder and Funky Harbour was probably the funniest he has been in years, the needles to the funky weapon, the running lariat running into Taguchi making his opponent run the ropes, getting skewered and Taguchi beating Kasai with his own move. 5 minutes of joy and a good end to an average run for the Funky Weapon and an absolute joy of a run that has been Jun Kasai's. (***)."
[5.0] "Entertaining enough. Shame the needles to Taguchi's posterior didn't actually stick in otherwise this would have been a much cooler spot. Still, he got skewered and we got the upset win so all in all the crowd enjoyed it and it didn't irritate as much as Taguchi normally does. **3/4"
