Cameron Grimes vs. Damian Priest

[7.0] "This was a solid short match between Priest and Grimes here, a match that lasted only six minutes but was qualitative from start to finish. A sprint with only good action and nice sequences, I particularly liked the Razor's Edge on the apron who looked sick, Grimes must have felt it. The Reckoning from the ropes to finish the match looked great too, Priest already beat Gargano this way but here Grimes sold him like a god. I have nothing else to say other than I recommend this match which was really short and would have deserved a few more minutes but was excellent, the two connected well and gave us a really solid back-and-forth outing. Cool stuff."

[5.0] "Trevor Lee was the man in CWF and an upper-midcarder/main-event player t/out the indies; in WWE he's a straight mid-carder... I don't think he's in this primarily for the money so let's see how satisfied he remains... why not place he and Ciampa together? I can't recommend a face-vengeance match in which, as others have mentioned, the loser, who won their previous contest, never gets a believable near-fall 2 2/3"

[7.0] "Very good match. Never really felt like Grimes had a chance to win, but it was excellent work from both."

[6.0] "This was okay. It definitely wasn't the payoff I was hoping for considering the tension building between them and how good both of them can be at times. By the end of the show, I had forgotten that it even happened. Turns out it did happen. It didn't do much more than just happen. ***"

[8.0] "really enjoyed the chemistry here. sometimes Priest matches seem a little clunky this was not one of them. had great flow and build."

[6.0] "Good midcard TV match. Grimes looked good as usual and Priest didn't look bad either. I love Priest hitting his finisher from a draping position. It's a good way to mix it up."

[5.0] "Grimes is so good in the ring, Priest is fine but he is just another (better) Baron Corbin. However, he is too old to be built like that. The match was pretty boring."

[6.0] "Was okay. Didn't lije the early parts of the match but damn that ending was quite good. Damien Priest continues to improve again and again and although I am not yet completely sold in Grimes, he is certainly a great talent. ***1/4"
