Everyone got the treatment they deserved based on their status in the brand, the aura of importance for the Title shot was there and, on top of that, the final face-off between Ilja Dragunov and Tyler Bate was awesome. NXT UK didn't have many followers, but that didn't matter for they to put a quality product with matches like this one."
[8.0] "I'm not a big fan of the battle royale usually but this one is one of the best I've ever seen. They gave a lot of time to all these wrestlers to do really good stuff and I didn't see the time go by, quality action from start to finish. Everyone had a chance to shine, especially Bate, Dragunov, Coffey, Devlin and Holland who had a very strong showing. I also liked the Kofi spot of A-Kid and the fact that everyone got together to eliminate Ohno right from the start of the match. The final four was fantastic with four great workers. But what is must-see in this match is obviously the incredible encounter between Bate and Dragunov, what an amazing final. I absolutely want a showdown between these two in NXT UK after seeing that, especially since it hasn't happened since they've been in the brand. What a wonderful piece of wrestling they put there, I wish I could have been in the audience at that moment as they excited everyone in the crowd. Overall - great battle royale with good action, stories and a tremendous finale that is worth watching, great stuff."
