[10.0] "The more time passes, the more I'm amazed at how consistent the level of execution, timing and work rate is in the DG matches of that era - it's something that's hard to describe, but very easy to feel and join in on this insane ride for as long as it lasts. The finishing stretch, which lasted for 10 minutes or so, was just insane - it really used to be better. ****1/2+"

[7.0] "From Infinity 64, most of the match...Tonight's Korakuen show is all-about the 'New Hazard.' After a long, workmanlike beatdown on double-crossing (Typhoon & the Outlawz, kinda, ) youngster-in-peril Hulk, the bout indeed does pick up in its last ten minutes. I like Cima's kicks, Cyber's physicality and Shingo's poise. It's a little odd in-that the youngsters are sort-of the heels, but at-this-point Hulk, especially after he suffered such a beating, was not anyone who was going to get any heel heat. The cfrowd popped big for the finish. 3 2/5 - 1/2"

[9.0] "Whereas the Outlaw? z had no right to take Kong? s betrayal personally, Typhoon was reeling from Hulk? s double-cross. He took a BEATING here and that was just a taste of the bad blood that filled this match. Takagi? s apparent claim to being the top guy in Dragon Gate didn? t help matters with CIMA. In the end the rage consumed Typhoon and left them without enough gas to successfully defend the belts. Hulk managed to escape his beating, and Takagi and Kong ran through Typhoon to take the win. New Hazard should have been taken more seriously, as they? d shown themselves to be nothing short of a runaway train of destruction. This is a totally forgotten classic that deserves to be seen."

[8.0] "This was really good for the first half and then purely great for the second half. We had Hulk and Cima flipping and flying all over the place, Shingo and Kong obliterating dudes, Saito and Susumu hitting all their impressive strikes and power moves, and a bunch of great run-on multi-man spots and exchanges on top of all that, just as usual for DG. Hulk was a wonderfully fiery babyface as Cima and co. arrogantly dominated him. The final 8 minutes were an absolutely insane sprint, featuring all the fantastic exchanges you? d expect from a DG multi-man tag. Every near fall was executed flawlessly. Hulk? s bumping and selling, Cima? s speed and smooth movement, and Shingo? s ridiculously powerful strikes were all especially awesome in those final few minutes. Perhaps the only ? issue? I have with this match is that it took a while to get truly great, and then it went a bit overkill at the end, but hey, that? s DG for you, and it still resulted in this great match. ***3/4"
