[8.0] "Two of my favourite freelance wrestlers having a match together was always going to peak my interest, so I had to go and check it out. And I'm sorry that I don't have anything original to add, but it's just fun to watch these two beat the shit out of each other. The strikes, especially with Thatcher's uppercuts straight across the jaw, are genuinely nasty and gruesome, but at the same time, that's what makes this match so joyful to watch. Pro wrestling, at its core, is a beautiful attraction that follows two men with nothing to lose going to battle until one of them has nothing left in the tank... even if this one went to a non-finish. Also, Thatcher's tights look very nice here. ***3/4"
[9.0] "Loved this. Connelly and thatcher are both great technicians and brawlers and it was cool to see Connelly have somewhat of a mainly technical match. It's so refreshing to see a really great strike exchange like these two had in this match. Hope to see them wrestle each other more in the future"
[8.0] "Fire, that match was fire. Some people might judge that as a boring bout but this is one of my favorite type of matches, two grudges beasts just beating the shit out of themselves in the most brawling way possible in a short amount of time. Connelly technical abilities, which everyone rarely see due to him loving to be that war killing machine, was pretty good, his punches looked great, he do had a great chemistry with Thatcher that was selected as the best motherfucker to put face to face with Mad Dog. The ending under delivered, probably they will produce that match in a few months. The usual Thatcher is always great. This is not the usual MDC, but I like what I saw."
