[4.0] "I don't get much out of the match either. The mere fact that Yuta throws some rough moves at Storm puts me off. Simply because it sends a terrible message. If you ignore that, I'd still give it four points."
[10.0] "Yeah, I'm with the other guy who gave this a 10 because this was just absolutely tremendous fun. Everyone played their role to perfection and we got some honest to got intergender fighting for once, which everyone handled beautifully. Just a blast of a match."
[7.0] "Yuta coming out with Mina Shirakawas hair braided in was a great touch. This is more brawl than match. The pile driver was so cool. Yuta is the MVP what a performance. The Toni comeback is absolutely brilliant. What a wonderful but different match!"
[6.0] "Its pretty formulaic and predictable but it's still a bit of fun. Pretty standard walk and brawl and an overly long down period where Toni Storm is absent after Wheeler Yuta gives her a piledriver. Toni and Orange Cassidy's ballroom dancing spot has gotten fine tuned and is still pretty fun and the final stretch of the match got the crowd pretty into it by the end. Totally built on the back of Yuta finally losing that mop of his"
[7.0] "That match is so damn funny. Took some good smiles out of my face and the intergenders colliding was pretty cool. Wheeler Yuta, which is for multiple reasons my MVP here, made an great performance, piledriving Toni, doing some good punches and facial expression on point. The moment which he almost made Marina Shafir to lose so he won't got his hair cut was pretty funny, even the commentary desk notices it. At the point of his career, I already accept he won't be that star everyone loves and pays to watch, but he is at an point in AEW that only an few wrestlers would be able to be without looking fucking stupid. Now, he will wrestle with an pretty Necro Butcher haircut, let's see if something will change on him."
[6.0] "This was very fun to watch. Toni and Cassidy brought the entertainment with their emotes but as much as it was entertaining it really failed with the groud work.this had the potential to be chaotic and fire due to the stipulation but it didn't. But despite this it easy very very entertaining ***1/4"
[5.0] "I'll be honest, I REALLY don't care for this stuff with Toni and OC against the death riders. It's hurting Toni's stock and Orange has been feuding with them for what feels like forever at this point. The match was pretty fun at times for sure, but it was just super hard for me to get invested into this."
[5.0] "A big part of me feels like I'd have enjoyed this more as a Shafir-Storm singles match given that seems to be where most of the heat is, but this was fun regardless. Yuta's piledriver on Storm set the tone well with no punches being pulled despite the intergender stipulation, however removing her from the action temporarily did see things fall a bit flat. All-in-all, this was fine. I'd loved to have seen Toni take the pin, but Yuta getting a new edge is a satisfying conclusion as well."
[8.0] "I rated it a 7.5. Orange Cassidy got a nice reaction that swelled into a roar when Timeless Toni Storm joined him for their hair-vs-hair stroll to the ring, and the chaos started immediately as they ambushed the Death Riders during the entrance. Marina Shafir generated real heat by brawling through the crowd, even pausing to share a fan's beer before dismantling Toni, while Wheeler Yuta became the most hated man in the building after spiking Storm with a piledriver and drawing venomous chants as Cassidy fought from underneath to desperate cries of "Freshly Squeezed." Toni's dramatic return brought the place to life, leading to the crowd-pleasing dance offense with OC against Marina and a loud "Do it! " chant urging the Orange Punch, but the nastiest heel touch was Yuta braiding the stolen hair into his own. The match balanced wild character work with brutal moments--like Yuta's piledriver into the sound cases and Cassidy planting Marina with Beach Break--while subtle storytelling showed Yuta briefly considering letting Marina take the loss, only for his accidental Busaiku knee to take her out of the finish. In the end Cassidy blasted Yuta with the Orange Punch and Toni followed with Storm Zero for the win, sending the fans home happy after a perfectly chaotic, heat-soaked spectacle."
[7.0] "The mixed element was refreshing, we do not get that much anymore. Yuta looked good again and I will keep banging the drum for him. Guy is talented and people act like he stole their lunch money. Shafir still kills my suspension of disbelief every time she moves. Toni getting taken out and rushing back was obvious and rushed. Hair shaving is always awkward, but they almost pulled it off."
[7.0] "The build to this match has been some of the best stuff on AEW TV as of recent and i thought this was a great conclusion. Everyone played their role really well here, especially Yuta who was absolutely fantastic. He's honestly one of the best heel wrestlers in the world right now, as everything he does is designed to garner as much heat as possible and he plays his role as a little shithead absolutely perfectly. I liked how they actually had a full on intergender match here too, with everyone attacking eachother and Toni even getting the win by pinning Yuta. A predictable result here for sure but Yuta growing his hair out for a year just have it shaved off for a match is a great bit and i thought he sold it really well too. A very fun match overall and a great end to what has been a very entertaining TV feud. ***3/4"
[6.0] "Another fun match this show has been fun as hell! Sharp and to the point with great Yuta vs Toni exchanges. I want Yuta to have a Protostar run so bad oh my goddddd ***1/4"
[7.0] "Great addition to the card, the story has been really fun for weeks, and this match is a great conclusion to it. Very fun and entertaining, but still good wrestling. Very glad to see Yuta's hair finally gone. Mox forcing him to respect the stipulation was cool. Shoutout to Wheeler Yuta tho for embracing that dorky character and all that hate so well, people like him are so important in a wrestling company and he totally understand that."
[7.0] "Very fun match, really enjoyed this one, and more than any rating, I think it's pretty cool to watch matches like that for once, given how strict and formulaic Tony's booking is, that was very clever and a comic relief that the event needed. Both tags started the match brawling on the outside, and Toni Storm was almost immediately taken to the backstage because of a dangerous move she suffered. It was clearly an angle and when she came back it was pretty cool, it's a simple and effective solution to create thrill. Everyone involved looked sharp here, the timings were on point, and it was nice to watch Yuta getting his hair shaved, very old-school... the whole angle of him getting his hair cut was extremely well done - {***1/4}"
[4.0] "This Orange Cassidy and Toni Storm run has been very bleh to me. This match is pretty much embodies the whole thing. Just kinda cringe/bad PWG style comedy wrestling. The stipulation of "only the person who takes the fall has to shave their head" is also incredibly lame"
[7.0] "[3.5*] What a fucking BLAST, dude. I can't believe how underrated this match is. Actually, I think I can. AEW taught the fans what is a "5-star match" in their concept so people only love what fits this simple, failed and presumptuous definition. But that's fine, I'm glad the fans in the house loved this match, which had one of the loudest reactions of the whole night, if not the loudest. It was the first time AEW did a straight-up intergender match, with like Yuta giving Toni a fucking Piledriver or she actually pinning him for the win. Loved the little storytelling moment where Yuta literally let OC pin Marina because he didn't want his hair shaved and afterwards when he lost and tried to run away, Mox and Marina stopped him and teached him some honor. It's clear that Mox wants everyone on the group to be honorable, they're developing this story slowly but pretty well. Post-match was fantastic like I said and it was overall the most fun I had on the show, great comedy Lucha de Apuestas."
[6.0] "(***) Fun little match. It was more of a comedy match that anything combined with solid tag team wrestling and good intergender moments. It was a good match to let the people breath and have a good time, specially with Toni Storm."
[7.0] "Honestly this was just 11 minutes of a lot of fun with some great moments that i really enjoyed. The start of the match was great with the brawling on the outside that led to Yuta hitting Toni with a piledriver was pretty fun. Once again a 2v1 with OC just like on dynamite was a bit flat as he just ate heaps of offence and not much happned. Toni coming back out to change the flow of the match was great and it picked up again loved them dancing whilst giving out offence. I also loved the beating Toni gave to Yuta with lots of suplex's. The double submission spot was pretty cool and i liked how it lead to Toni and Marina throwing big blows at each other. The finish with Yuta getting his fucking ass beat was fucking great. The post match was just good fun and you never know maybe Yuta will have a post haircut run like Kyle Fletcher. Overall just a really fun tag match with lots of cool spots that the crowd was so invested in which was great. (***1/2)"
[5.0] "[2.75*] Sorry what ? Sorry what? , lol. Interesting match on paper but the real match wasn't really interesting or entertaining or anything good, it was bad obviously.. I was expecting better but still it was perfectly decent match, That's it."
[4.0] "I couldn't really get interested in this match as much as I tried. It's nice to see Wheeler Yuta get his hair cut because it looked absolutely terrible. A lot of people liked this more than I did, but I really just didn't feel anything here. **"
[5.0] "There were a few moments that brought a smile and some genuine inter-genre exchanges, but overall it felt a bit lightweight and focused more on basic comedy, especially since the outcome of the match was rather predictable given the stipulation. In-ring quality: 1/4. Stakes: 1/2. Justification: 1/1. Placement on the card: 1/1. Suspense: 0.25/1. Bonus/penalty: none. Total: 5.25/10. Match watched on Triller TV."
[5.0] "It was about time this feud got its conclusion, and... yeah this was certainly a match that happened in the history of wrestling. Some fun spots, but with the finish that everyone saw coming a mile away it really just felt... eh."
[8.0] "Had fun with this, ideally this would be the end of the mixed tag stuff but knowing Tony Khan he'll drag this shit all the way to 2027. Yuta getting his head shaven was at least a satisfactory conclusion but I think it's time to end this feud and move onto bigger and better stuff for all involved, especially for Toni Storm who's one of company's biggest stars and I think this feud has hurt her to a degree. The action itself was cool, women and men not shying from hitting each other was fun, Toni's sell on the busaiko knee by Yuta was the best spot."
[6.0] "Mediocre match, but expectations were low. Obviously, the arena only comes alive for Toni, and even then it was really underwhelming. The match was almost a comedy match, which I honestly don't like at all. Of course, everyone was just waiting for it to end to see the post-match segment."
[7.0] "Actually a cool match. It was an obvious car crash match but it also felt like the hatetrid was strong between the teams because i mean everyone was just going at it doesn't matter if it was a man or women. And i can't really remember if AEW has done that before. The stip of the head shaving is a little lame. (***1/2)"
[10.0] "This was the clear MOTN (even before the show began I knew it would be) and one of the best AEW matches of the year so far. The Death Riders were the MVPs but I'll talk about the faces first: I love how OC & Toni turn in completely different underdog performances, where Orange smartly works his way out of 2v1 situations and digs deep to come out on top while Toni just gets obliterated in the early going and comes back like a woman from hell willing to die to avenge her wife Mina. Marina once again played her role perfectly here, nonchalantly beating the shit out of Toni & OC and having some of the best mid-match trash talk in the game today while making sure to keep an eye on Yuta since the rest of the Death Riders know he can't cash the checks his mouth is writing. And speaking of Yuta, WOW what a shitty little heel. Clipping the hair he cut off of Mina into his own is unbelievable, on top of him having the most overt intentional intergender offense in company history in this match by NAILING Toni with the Piledriver and Busaiku Knee. The way he considers letting Marina eat a pin so he can save his hair, the way he teases tapping even as Marina screams at him not to, how he revels in every little bit of offense he gets. Then once he gets destroyed and beaten, he can't even keep his word and tries to bail only for Mox to make him man up and fulfill the stip (I could also read his lips saying "hey, I'M bald! " at one point which was hilarious). The hair cutting bit was just the cherry on top with everyone taking a different approach and leaving Yuta with a fucked up cut that I hope he just sticks to for a while. This was pro wrestling right here. ****1/2"
[8.0] "This is a match I was very invested in just because of the stipulation alone. If the stipulation wasn't attached, I wouldn't have cared, but the stipulation had me intrigued. Wheeler giving a piledriver to Toni was something I wasn't expecting. Got pissed that Toni was carried out to leave Cassidy in a 2 on 1 disadvantage. Happy she came back. The action was actually very good. Wheeler Yuta made the most sense to take the pin. I had a blast with this match"
[7.0] "Not violent, but energtic. Toni being dragged out of the arena and being brought back felt a bit rushed, but made a bout more intriguing. Ended at the perfect time aswell, it didn't need to be long to be good"
[5.0] "Who am I to say? This is not for me but the work was good and the crowd was maybe into this match more than any other on the show. Different strokes for different folks."
[7.0] "I have honestly had a lovely old time with this silly little programme. Few TV wrestlers understand and play their role better than Wheeler Yuta. Modern wrestling would be better if we had more of him."
[6.0] "Didn't think I was going to, but I really enjoyed this. A good mix between comedy and solid tag team wrestling. The stipulation was obviously silly and made the match predictable, BUT it was still thoroughly enjoyable."
[6.0] "It was fine, clearly not designed to be a technical marvel and instead a welcome change of pace between high caliber singles matches. They all worked well and played their parts. I liked the logical story of Mox, Shafir and even Yuta after some convincing accepting the result and the consequences, it fits their characters perfectly. Let's see Yuta go into his bald-Bryan-Danielson-phase. ;-)"
[6.0] "Fun match with Yuta getting a ton of heat for playing the dastardly heel, then getting his comeuppance afterwards. To be fair he really needed a haircut."
[6.0] "[3.25 Stars] Admittedly, I wasn't a huge fan of this storyline. I like everyone involved and generally find hair vs hair matches to be really fun but I didn't find the execution of the story to be overly engaging. With that said, though, I did find this to be a pretty fun match that was rather enjoyable. The antics at the end with Yuta actually getting the haircut was a good laugh too."
