"[5.0] Entrant runs in while most everyone already in the match lies incapacitated around the ring apron, hits their approved moves, gets taken out by someone so that they can lie down on the ring apron while the next entrant comes in to do the same. Lather, rinse, repeat. Honestly, pretty boring for at least the first half until some of the bigger stars get into the ring. Brie Bella proving that husband Bryan Danielson is still the most over wrestler in the world was a favorite highlight for me."
[7.0] "I think it was a really good RR, that was slow to pick up but got better and better and had a fantastic ending. Hoped that we would get more storyline angles but at least we had some."
[3.0] "Quite poor. The winner has been known for two months now--there's no impact or imagination left about what could happen. With three months to go until WrestleMania, we already know what will happen with Liv vs. Raquel at the event. A low-quality match for WrestleMania's caliber; acceptable for any other PLE"
[5.0] "I had two problems with this match: 1) I couldn't always tell who is who (but not as bad as I envisioned). 2) The veeeeeeery obvious waiting for spots. Also this match feels forgettable so I will mention the highlights and stories that were furthered here for posterity: Asuka & Kairi/ Charlotte & Alexa/ Liv & Raquel/ Kiana James, Nattie and Lash Legend (kinda) were impressive/ Brie Bella got the biggest pop of the match (and maybe the night). Nonetheless this was better than the men's match and it advanced stories well enough."
[5.0] "I was only planning on watching this show live for the AJ styles match but I will give my opinion on this. Basically what I liked about the match is the part where the last 3 competitors that being tiffany, sol ruca and Liv, was a fun spot and was the only good part about the match. But that was the only good part about this match however everything else was honestly just boring and it didn't help with the fact the crowd didn't react as much for the match. but besides that I am happy with liv winning she really needed it. 5/10"
[5.0] "Very bizarre and structureless for the first two thirds of its runtime, bogged down even more by a genuinely awful crowd, I do like the idea of having most of the eliminations saved for the back half of the match, even leaving an almost unheard of amount of wrestlers still in the ring by the time number 30 came through the curtain. At least that final quarter is something to admire, with Sol Ruca continuing to be a shining beacon in terms of upcoming talent (who impressed for the entirety of the match), and Liv getting a well deserved win after falling second, oh so many times."
[3.0] "This was a nothing happening Rumble. The poor girls are out there in those stupid outfits and no one in the audience cares.. Just so moves that happened. There's a real problem with Rumbles now where it's entrances take so long that by the time they get to the ring it's already time for someone else and they only do one or two things and it doesn't even flow like a match anymore."
[10.0] "Great Royal Rumble, and probably my most favorite and the only favorite women's RR. So many storylines developed--between Alexa Bliss and Charlotte Flair, between Asuka and Kairi Sane, Liv Morgan and Raquel Rodriguez. Brie Bella's return was awesome. They worked great as a tag team with Nikki Bella. Every female wrestler was amazing, I loved the work of each and every one. Sol Ruca keeps proving that she's not only a gorgeous wrestler with a strong abs and beautiful belly piercings but also an incredible athlete. A strange moment was when Natalya easily eliminated Becky Lynch. I really enjoyed the rivalry between Charlotte Flair and Becky Lynch. But the only thing is... I was really hoping for AJ Lee to show up. She was my favorite to win the Royal Rumble. Their match with Becky was teased since last fall... Well, anyway, I'm still insanely happy for Liv Morgan's win. She's a very sexy, beautiful, and talented wrestler. The final three put on a very hot fight. Lash Legend's dominance was a great and interesting move. All the girls did awesome. Shame they were in closed gear, though. 4.75 stars"
[7.0] ""The start of the match wasn't great, very slow. However, the last 20 minutes were superb. It's a shame Bianca didn't make a comeback, but at the same time, her victory would have been super obvious. I'm very happy with Liv Morgan's victory. I'm a little surprised at how strongly Lash Legend was built up, but why not.""
[9.0] "Super fun rumble, I thought it was perfectly booked. New stars like Sol Ruca and Lash Legend truly shined, along with other NXT members. Although I did think Liv Morgan was the favorite, and it would be predictable, I still think it was the best and only real option to win."
[6.0] "Good rumble, the next generation of women are pretty good. Lash Legend was a cool highlight, nice to build her to the roster, and Sol Ruca was great as well. The matching was too predictable to my taste, but nothing bad."
[6.0] "They certainly got the winner right. I actually thought that the talent in this match was pretty evenly distributed. It wasn't like those mid 90s rumbles where it would be a few stars at the end and then a ton of jobbers. I also felt like all 30 women did something memorable in this match, there was no fodder. Even the women who had zero realistic chance of winning still got to do something. I've definitely seen worse rumble matches."
[3.0] "Like every year, it's ridiculous how much better the men's work is compared to most of the women's. They can go through their routines, hit a few moves, and stumble their way to the next spot, but it all feels very unnatural and overly staged. Most of the women also aren't over, so their entrances are met with dead silence, and everything comes across as heavily over-choreographed. There are obviously some women who are fantastic workers, but then you get things like Roxanne's awful punches, and you zone out all over again."
[4.0] "The better of the two Rumble matches by an enormous margin, but also probably the worst women's Rumble I have seen since they started giving them a crack at it. The crowd was dead as a doornail for most of the match, mainly just reacting to Brie Bella as Michael Cole sprained his tongue trying to not mention her husband's name. Awful commentary through the whole thing by the way, and have I mentioned how I dislike having the bottom quarter of the screen plastered over with inane numbers? Also, sorry to say but aesthetically this was the ugliest Rumble I think we've ever seen, they did what they had to do gear wise but a lot of this match was just an eyesore of garish bodysuits. The action itself was not really bad for the most part, some questionable sequences and the booking was iffy, though it looked like a master piece compared to the other one. It's not really the fault of the ladies, this just had awful vibes. It is what it is..."
[3.0] "A completely forgettable royal rumble, with neither interesting surprises or moments. The only redeeming factor here, is the final three. Not only did they wrestle at a quick pace showcasing great chemistry, but the actual finish was well-done, bar Sol Ruca going for her finisher on the outside for some reason."
[4.0] "This Rumble his full of problems: for the most part is boring, some things is very horrendous like Becky eliminated after 7 minute by Natalya (who lasted 22 minutes, seriously), Kiana James lasted in the ring more than Giulia. The central part is very boring, nothing happened until Kairi sane eliminated Asuka, after lash Legend eliminated IYO SKY like shit in one of the most stupid elimination i have ever see and THE BELLAS ELIMINATED LYRA AND BAYLEY THE FUCK. After all this crap something beautiful happened, Liv eliminate Raquel and this lead us for the very beautiful ending with sol ruca and Tiffany Stratton. Congratulations to Liv, she deserved this victory but this Rumble is not good"
[9.0] "Among my most favorite matches of this year, & for it to be a Rumble is quite saying something, as I'm normally not a massive fan of these pixel clusterfuck royals. Lots of fun little moments & stories sprinkled throughout, including Maxiine's confrontation with Natalya's new Nattie persona, Asuka's issue with Kairi, Liv betraying Raquel, Tiffany's confrontation with Charlotte; a field full of opportunities, fully explored. It did sag in the middle, as these rumbles do tend to do, but you couldn't have picked a better final set of remaining contestants, & Lash Legend's performance was definitely very standout."
[8.0] "Pretty solid rumble! Massivd flowers to Lash, and Kiana. They both were the most surprising for me. But Sol Ruca was the standout. This match was great from start to finish. I struggled a little bit with lack of crowd participation, the match itself though was fab!"
[7.0] "The first 1/3 of this was confusing nonsense, but when looking past that it comes together to be an incredible watch. The last 1/3 feels like one of the best stretches of royal rumble we've gotten, and the action was incredible throughout. Multiple newer stars came out of this looking exceptional (Lash Legend, Jordyn Grace) and Sol Ruca came out of this looking even more like the future of the company. Did it highlight how all of their star power is in the women's tag division? Yes! But it incorporated that aspect into the story incredibly to be a really fun and engaging match in the end."
[7.0] "More 7.5/10. My only complains are that at one point they got too many people in the ring at the same time (like 13 or 14) and the Bellas eliminating Bayley and Lyra. Apart from that, it was a pretty enjoyable Rumble"
[7.0] "There were very few surprises which is an inherent negative for any Royal Rumble, but I would be lying if I said I did not enjoy this; there was some fun wrestling here. I do not actively watch WWE so I am unfamiliar with a few of the wrestlers in this match but Lash Legend and especially Sol Ruca stood out to me as being incredible. The beginning was good, the ending was amazing, but the middle was extremely forgettable. I don't think the crowd helped; for 90% of the match they were just not into it at all."
[7.0] "Maybe not perfect but it gave me hope that this show might have potential. Great three way finish on the apron, something I dont think I've seen before. Correct winner, even if a few people could've won but she deserved it."
[7.0] "A solid rumble match for the women with some nice action and spots throughout, good performances from the Flair, Legend, the women from NXT especially Ruca, the surprise returns of Stratton and Brie were great, and Liv winning the match was also good and long overdue."
[4.0] "Very much a predictable, non memorable rumble that utilizes some names within its roster very well, but mostly useful for like running like three-ish storylines. Sucks that the clothes were obviously obstructing their choreography and the Saudi crowd did not care about them at all."
[7.0] "Kind of clunky and slow first section but it slowly picked up steam once the likes of Sol Ruca, Liv and Lash Legend got in there. Hit second gear once the joshis and Rhea arrived. Fantastic showcase for Sol and Lash. Great finish with Sol, Tiffy and Liv (honestly let em run it back soon-ish). Gutted Bianca is still not back but it is what it is. Brie Bella is back, what a pop. More tag team action on the horizon I guess."
[7.0] "It drags here and there, and most of the first half is not that memorable for the most part. Midways through it ramps up, and gets quite exciting by the last part. Special mention to the crowd mildly reacting to neither NXT callups nor the returning Tiffany, but absolutely exploding when "Brie Mode" hits. Biggest pop of her career and it's not even close. It really is a different culture, I suppose."
[4.0] "Straight out the gate it's heated; an excellent selection of starting competitors with tension between Flair & Bliss being an already-established point of interest. Despite being a little silly, I really enjoyed the tone-setting ninety-seconds between these two; it's a massive shame that we never came back to this. What came after was, well, very 'Royal Rumble' wrestling. Lots of poor coordination, a huge lack of offence, and a whole host of entrants that nobody came to see. Until the unique Oblivion elimination on Nattie, I cannot name you a significant move nor moment in the entire match outside the first 90 seconds. I forgot how absolutely horrendous Nia is; the number of missed strikes, missed blocks, sells of non-moves, mis-timings: truly awful. Sol & Roxanne brought some much-needed wrestling to the match, but also botched their first interaction to the deflation of everyone. The same can be said for Liv, until Roxanne mis-times the corner spot and the momentum falls flat again until the later stages. This, until Brie Bella's entrance, is what I'll consider 'phase one' of the match. Where is the wrestling? Where is the intertwined storytelling? Where are the exciting NXT, TNA, Evolve, or ID entries? Where are the surprise returns/debuts or name-making performances? Until this point: awful. Then, Brie. Huge pop for the first significant entry of the match. Lash Legend hits a hot-streak and looked fantastic. Liv eliminates Raquel: big moment. Sol Snatcher party: excellent. The final three: we got a wrestling match. Where was this for the last hour? This was brilliant. I will barely, and I mean barely, consider this passable because of the later stages. The fact I already know some people are going to big this up is legitimately horrifying."
[3.0] "Lots of ugliness spots here. Not sure what was worse, everybody waiting in line to do overwrought, choreographed spots, or Michael Cole marking each elimination with an "Oh no! " in the tone of a midwestern housewife misplacing a dishrag. Sol Ruca was a highlight."
[8.0] "Not the best Royal Rumble, actually that was just a basic match for this type. We got a few NXT debuts, especially Sol Ruca had a great performance, Brie Bella's return, that looked awesome with YES chants, many drama things between friends, like Charlotte and Alexa, Asuka and Kairi, Liv and Raquel etc. The ending was amazing, where Tiffany, Sol and Liv showed a dynamic wrestling with a tension on apron. Liv Morgan won it and it's the best choice. But I'm not enjoyed by a half of this match, when it was too boring for me."
[1.0] "WWE now consistently produces some of the worst, most soulless PPV events in the history of wrestling. Who is this for? Who is producing this? What kind of wrestling fan does this appeal to? The fall off in any kind of care or heart has fallen off tremendously since the TKO takeover. This is as unwatchable as it gets. Everyone involved in the producing and booking of this Royal Rumble needs to leave the business immediately."
[6.0] "The 2026 Women's Royal Rumble was an ambitious match on paper, boasting one of the deepest and most diverse fields WWE has ever assembled. With established legends, current main-eventers, rising stars, and crossover names all sharing the ring, expectations were understandably high. Unfortunately, while the match was never outright bad, it ultimately felt underwhelming and unfocused, landing closer to average than memorable. There were, to be fair, several moments that genuinely worked. Lash Legend's eliminations stood out as a smart way to elevate her, presenting her as a physical threat and giving her a defining Rumble performance. The final trio was also very strong from an in-ring perspective, featuring clean execution and a few well-timed sequences that reminded viewers of the talent level involved. In isolation, those closing moments were enjoyable and showed flashes of what the match could have been. The biggest issue, however, was the lack of suspense, which became apparent well before the finish. Once the final four took shape, the outcome felt largely predetermined. With competitors like Tiffany Stratton and Sol Ruca still in contention while names such as IYO SKY, Rhea Ripley, or Roxanne Perez had already been eliminated, the dramatic tension evaporated. Keeping at least one or two of those credible winners deeper into the match would have added uncertainty and made the final stretch far more compelling. Another major weakness was the underuse of existing rivalries and dream interactions. Becky Lynch and Natalya's history was touched on far too briefly to matter. Potentially electric face-offs like Giulia against IYO SKY or Asuka were frustratingly short, as were moments involving Kairi Sane and IYO SKY. These weren't just missed Easter eggs for hardcore fans; they were clear storytelling opportunities that could have given the match more emotional texture and narrative cohesion. Overall, the match suffered from a lack of clear creative direction. It often felt like WWE wasn't entirely sure how to structure the Rumble beyond hitting a few planned highlights. As a result, the bout came across as a collection of decent moments rather than a fully realized story unfolding over time. That's what makes the end result disappointing rather than disastrous: the talent was there, the possibilities were there, but the execution lacked consistency and vision. In the end, this Women's Royal Rumble was watchable and occasionally enjoyable, but it never rose to the level it should have reached given the roster involved. With sharper booking, better use of rivalries, and a more suspenseful endgame, it could have been excellent. Instead, it settles as a missed opportunity."
[3.0] "Dreadfully boring, really bad Rumble with terrible creative choices. The finishing stretch with the three blondes was fair enough and Sol had a great performance, but holy fuck. Barely any interesting action in this. An hour and ten minutes of dogshit entrance music, someone getting tossed over, making a shocked face, and then stalling time until the next pre-produced segment. If you are producing this match and you get rid of Becky and Jordynne halfway through the Rumble, not framing them as shocking underperformances, and then have the Bella Twins eliminate Bayley and Lyra, maybe you should kiss yourself. BRIE MODEEEEEEEE *1/4"
[7.0] "better than the mens rumble, unlike the mens this was consistantly alright throughout. Surprising that we got brie bella. Lash Legend looked like a beast here"
[10.0] "Absolutely loved this match. Felt packed with a lot of top class stars, a lot of the midcard or NXT talent got a tonne of time showcase themselves or spots to perform - Particular mention has to go to Lash Legend getting some huge eliminations, Kiana James getting some big moments and lasting ages, and Sol Ruca for being generally fantastic. There were some awesome story developments such as Kairi/Asuka, Charlotte/Alexa, Jacy/Kelani/Sol, Nattie/Becky, and my personal highlight in Raquel getting eliminated by Liv. there were a tonne of really cool spots outside of those story beats too - The stardom nod with Iyo, Asuka and Giulia squaring off was very cool, Sol Ruca's entrance with the 360 clothesline, Kiana James hitting a Samoan Drop onto Nia, the Chelsea Green survival sequences with Alba, a lot of the eliminations, such as the Razor's Edge to Roxanne, the Oblivion to Nattie, and Raquel's Tahana Bomb elimination onto Rhea which just looked spectacular, Kelani's 450 splash thingy, Lash's showdowns with Raquel and Rhea, the returns of Tiffy and Brie, and the entire stretch of the final 3. A fantastic match all around, absolutely adored this"
[4.0] "The match dragged until the #30 entrance. Having 14 people at the end really hurt the flow of the match. The crowd killed all enthusiasm I had as there was almost no reception for anyone outside of Brie Bella getting Yes chants. Kiana suprisinly had the stand out performance for me. Becky, Bayley, Bliss, Ripley, Sky all felt unimportant in this match when they should be some of the main focuses. The final 3 was great and I'm happy for Liv winning her character has evolved a lot over the years."
[6.0] "It was just... OK. The middle section really dragged with way too many people in the ring doing nothing, and it got pretty sloppy. Dumping stars like Becky and Alexa so early felt weird. Also, where the hell was AJ Lee? Where is Bianca Belair? Brie Bella got a nice pop, but the lack of actual surprises was a letdown. That said, Sol Ruca is the absolute MVP. She had a star-making performance here. Liv winning was predictable from a mile away, but still satisfying, and tossing Raquel is a nice tease for the Judgment Day implosion. Overall, a mix of meh booking saved by a fun final sequence. Good ending, forgettable journey"
[8.0] "I think it was a very well done match. Yes some sequences in the middle were slow but I think it's unrealistic to expect a match to be ultra engaging for an hour with a selection of 30 wrestlers. I think the ending sequence to this match was beautiful. I liked how much emphasis there was to elevate the younger talent in this match. No stupid group spots with Nia Jax this time around. There were many great storylines to come out of this match, the biggest being the Judgment day and the possible breakup. Overall, a million times better than the men's rumble this year. 8.25/10"
[8.0] "I thought this was a really good Royal Rumble, And it had a fantastic ending and great final 7! I was rooting for Sol Ruca but congratulations to Liv Morgan!"
[4.0] "i would probably give this rumble match a 7. i thought it was good, i liked how the two stars coming back from injuries ended it. but i think i have to knock it down 3 points because of the saudi tax."
[3.0] "Pretty poor except for the last 10 minutes here. Every 2 minute was full of staredowns. Basically no high spots throughout and this dragged terribly I will say Sol Rica, Kiana James and Raquel Rodriguez were the standout performances here but other than that this did not work also don't agree with Lash Legend hype they're trying to push"
[7.0] "This rumble was the better one of the two. The best part was the ending with Sol, Liv and Tiffy. Great drama and good to have a younger talent in the finals again. (Something they can't seem to do with the men)."
[6.0] "That was a fun Rumble, it felt kinda rushed, in terms of people entering the ring, and there was a moment where a lot of people were in the ring at the same time, like 13 or 14, specially after the #30 entrant, there were still many women in the ring, but after that the match progressed well. That stuff between Charlotte and Alexa at the beginning was kinda lame, but the rest of the match managed to tell interesting stories, and that's because the women's roster is so talented, we had a lot of talented people working the match. Chelsea Green was fun like always, and Lash Legend had a very interesting appearance too. I've enjoyed Nattie showing her new character's traits, and Brie Bella was the highlight of the Rumble, with a monster pop and lots of 'YES' chants, a very cool moment for sure. The ending of the match was great and thrilling, the best part without a doubt, of a satisfying match, with some flaws, but it was enough - {**3/4}"
[6.0] "Rumble's are about the constant dopamine of surprises and this one basically have no one, but still the women were able to make some fun stuff, specially all the final part. The time lapses between entrances were absurd, but anyway. Way better than the men's Rumble."
[2.0] "This was a dreadfully boring Royal Rumble. The middle section was such a slog that it was hard to sit through. The only saving graces were the teased tag team breakups and Sol Ruca's performance. Kiana's sudden prominence felt completely out of place, and the overall movement of most participants was so sluggish and sloppy that it felt less like a major event and more like a rehearsal or a developmental showcase."
[7.0] "I enjoyed this match, sure it got off to a kind of slow start but it started picking up very well as we got towards the end, I liked that little segment with Charlotte & Alexa with that cool elimination spot. The NXT women did well, especially Sol Ruca, she showed out and finished final 3. Nattie got her repackaging which I think was a great move with her current character. the Asuka & Kairi drama was pretty cool but kind of cut short unfortunately. Brie returning was surprising, cool to see, same with Tiffany. Raquel looked great in that match too (that Rhea elimination looked gnarly), Liv eliminating her was so sick too. The ending sequence was great as well, had me on the edge of my seat the entire time. Happy that Liv won too, amazing choice this year, and well deserved."
[3.0] "This is just a bad rumble match. Nothing interesting happened, and the stupid saudi crowd didn't help because well yeah. I feel bad for the women that they even had a rumble match in this place because nothing they did would get a reaction. But the final three part was cool at least."
[8.0] "I liked it. It had it's usual WWE flaws with people not acting logically but beyond that I thought they did a good job continuing stories and creating new ones."
