Hulk Hogan vs. Randy Savage

[5.0] "I remember seeing this match on one of the Hulkamania tapes. 2 of these matches with near identical spots were used actually for home video and once you get smart to how things were done you realize that guys would just recite the same match at different houses in different towns, sometimes for weeks on end. Savage is crazier than usual tonight. He throws a chair into the ring but Hogan casually catches it and mocks Randy who then gets pissed off and tears up a kids $20 poster (Bastard! That's $20 in 1989 money! ) Savage then dedicates the match to Sherri and we finally get things going as they do the spot with Savage tying Hogan up with the rope and then Savage gloats for far too long so Hogan can kick his ass. Sherri works overtime making a pest of herself and eventually savage takes control with a chinlock. Hogan rallies, Sherri messes with him and they fight outside with Savage beating the count into the ring but not winning the belt. These two LOVED using that finish! Match was alright."

[5.0] "Randy Savage as always has a ridiculous amount of heat going to the ring. He cuts a weird but nonetheless fun little promo on Hogan before the bout begins. A big part of the match revolves around Sensational Sherri being at ringside. I was surprised to see Savage win (by count out but still) in a rather great moment for him where he gets to put the title around his waist and celebrate a little. He gets chased outside the ring but I was happy still (even in his darkest heel persona I'm still rooting for Savage to beat up Hogan.)"
