[5.0] "This one's a bit weird. I like the segment backstage where Russo's having a chuckle about the ratings and Storm's flipping his lid, and they even acknowledge some of Russo's dumbest bookings and poke fun at them. Anyway, Kerry plays an alright heel in this match, only really following through with the typical heel stuff you'd expect to get out of a pole match, but James Storm's the better worker in this match, and the crowd seem to agree with me on that one. Weird rule where you can only win by pinfall or submission and you don't need to grab the glove, and the fact that the glove ends up being Morton's downfall anyway, but... could be worse I guess. **1/4"
[6.0] "Solid match from Storm, and Morton did his typical heel shtick. The miners glove getting reversed at the end and then into the Last Call, especially with the closing sequence before, was pretty good. Didn't feel like a rivalry ending match, but it did alright. Storm looks good here, and Kerry Morton remains a solid heel for JCW, and both of these guys worked a decent match."
[5.0] "A very basic matchup. I'm not the biggest fan of Kerry Morton's work in general and this gives me another reason why. Okay heel but very unimpressive ring work. James Storm had the most interesting offense here but overall forgettable and nothing special. [**1/2]"
