Dani Luna vs. Indi Hartwell

[8.0] "My first time with a dog collar match, and while I've seen a few other gimmick match types, this seems like it could be fun. It's a slow and fairly methodical match. There are a few cool spots in there, and Luna ends up with a face full of red. Both people here are bigger workers, and I'd have liked to see it move into another gear for me, some quicker moments to really make this feel like an aggressive fight. Near the end, Luna sped up a little, but it needed more for me."

[9.0] "Great women's match, very vicious. Dani Luna feels like a rising star, as much as anybody can in TNA."

[7.0] "Watching this match, I was worried the two women might be limited by the broadcast. Luckily, that wasn't the case. We had some good spots, even before the match started. Luna was impressive with all the blood on her face. At the end, there was a ref bump, the purpose of which I didn't understand. First, it's a no-disqualification match, so there's no need for the referee to miss the use of a weapon. Second, the pin was immediately awarded. So, for me, it was pointless."

[8.0] "Good use of the dog collar in this one. Creative spots with the chain. Dani Luna's blade job and overall performance was great, and Indi looked better than I remember her being. This rocked."

[8.0] "I wish a better babyface was here because this Dani Luna performance was all timer shit. Relying on the usual heel dog collar tactics (attacking before the chains have both been attached, wrapping the face around the post with the chain and squeezing) but taking so much relish in each trick she pulled. And that crimson mask was a thing of beauty. One of my favourite heel performances of the year. I just wish that Hartnell could've matched that level of brutality."

[4.0] "I'm giving this four points out of respect for what Dani Luna was willing to do in this match. It's too bad she was put in there with an absolute bottom tier talent like Indi. Hartwell is simply not good at wrestling and she wasn't able to raise her brutality level to make the match like Sky Blue did or even Bunny and Ford in their plunder matches."

[6.0] "I thought this match was fine. It goes back and forth, then Dani takes control, until Dani hits the post and gets busted open. There was a lot of blood, and it made Dani look badass. The end was slightly odd, as the ref gets taken out but Dani gets a relatively clean win anyways."

[8.0] "I had to watch TNA for the first time in months because of this match and it was worth it. Love the simple heel move of jumping the face while the collar is being affixed before it's on them. Luna's familiarity with working this stip is so evident here from her immediate use of it to work over Indi to her knowing just the right ways to stooge and feed into the face. That's all before she ran the fucking blade coast to coast on 2025 Impact before they even move to a bigger channel; that's REAL dedication. I did love how Indi looked so shocked to have Dani's blood all over her hands even while getting her shine; she may have the upper hand but she was NOT built for that kind of violence. Simple heel finish to match the start as well, with Indi having the read on the powder but taking the pin due to having concern for the ref while Dani didn't give a shit about anything but winning. I think a better babyface than Indi could've elevated this but Dani did such a good job that this was going to be great at a minimum with anybody. ****"

[8.0] "Dani Luna has been making waves over the past year and I've heard great things about her, and this match shows how hood she is. Luna gives Indi Hartwell a career match and Luna showcases why she deserves to not only be a higher priority in the company but in the industry as a whole. Hartwell does deliver well in this match, but at times she still feels robotic in movement. Luna has such a great snappiness in the way she delivers stuff. The vlosing stretch following the powder spot fell apart but didn't hurt the match that much. ****"

[9.0] "This match truly is a sight to behold. Dani Luna successfully managed to have a good match with Indi Hartwell. I hope TNA does not take this woman for granted. Some very creative spots and a great blade job. It was also nice to see a hardcore match that didn't go self-indulgently lonhg, I even re-watched it."

[7.0] "Well, this was fine - i mean i was expecting more from this bout. The action was okay but the match lacked Indi - it felt like Dani was doing most of the work and when Hartwell was actually doing something it felt awkward - idk if that's just me, i have nothing against Indi but here she was kinda off. One thing i have to give to them is many unique uses of the chain - i've never seen some of them which is always a plus. Luna winning was the right move - this woman is more than ready to lead not only the Knockouts division but the whole company, she deserves the push Grace, Purrazzo, Valkyrie and Blanchard received back in the day - she's on that level so i hope TNA won't mess this up. Overall the match was pretty enjoyable but the potential was way bigger. ***, 25"

"I dont want to give this match a rating as thats not really the point of me commenting here, I genuinely think that Indi Hartwell might be the worst active wrestler in a major promotion with a decade of experience, she looks like shes afraid to bump here, Dani Luna does everything in this match, you can genuinely watch this match and see the difference in two wrestlers, how good Dani Luna is, Indi is absolutely horrible."

[6.0] "I loved the blood and think the images will serve Luna well going forward, but I dont believe this got anywhere above "satisfactory" as CageMatch says at a 6. Crowd wasn't super into it and the finish was wonky. Just solid, not good or great in my eyes."
