[5.0] "This is another example of me having to question if I accidentally watched a different match than my contemporaries. At BEST this is an insanely average tag team match. Rated RKO control almost all of it with DX getting little spurts of offense. The heat spot on Shawn goes on for what feels like an eternity, and when Triple H got the hot tag, it wasn't anything special. Bischoff's slow counts mirrored the lethargic pace of this match. The ending was an obvious one that everyone saw coming based on the choice of refs. This match felt remarkably thrown together and was shockingly pedestrian for the four involved. Certainly not bad, but no better than average."
[4.0] "Why adding Bischoff to the match if most of it he's gonna be working as a normal referee, which he was terrible at. His counts were slow, he didn't communicate to the crowd what was happening and he wasn't in the right places, best example being when Edge had to push him so he would stop Triple H from entering. It ruined the whole match for me and both teams had to work slower because of that, plus out of nowhere he changes his mind for the finish and screws DX, even though it was Edge who speared him seconds earlier. It could have been a decent match, but the booking and structure of it absolutely sucked."
[7.0] "A good match that was a good amount of fun with finish that made sense given the stipulation. The RKO on the chair for the finish looked really good and Bischoff screwing them over was a good way to have DX take the loss while still making them look strong. Solid 3.5 stars."
[9.0] "This was a great tag team match between 4 future hall of famers. Rated RKO and DX had great chemistry together, and this was the spark plug to their feud. The first half of the match was solid, but the match really picked up in the last half. The only knock is the finish"
[7.0] "This was a good match by four of the biggest superstars in WWE history in terms of what they accomplished in their careers. I thought it dragged on a bit too much, which isn't a surprise because most Triple H PPV matches went too long. If they went closer to 15 minutes with more action and exciting nearfalls it would have been better. Good action packed match. ***1/4"
