JD McDonagh vs. Rey Mysterio

[8.0] "Was a fairly decent match, rey is still putting on fairly good matches for his age and JD is a great dance partner"

[6.0] "Good first singles match back for Rey. Nothing over the top special but it is a fun match in the middle of the card."

[5.0] "Expectations were very low, because this match seems like so random and because of minimal story between them, I'm not interested on this fight. But Mysterio and McDonagh have a good chemistry with each other and I'm shocked that match was really good. Not liked that Rey won, I thing JD need pushed after last performances."

[5.0] "Similar to the opener a very slow start to the match, which then got better in its final minutes. I am sick of interferences in matches, especially when they are as obvious as in this fight."

[6.0] "Rey vs JD: this was a solid TV match, the crowd was well into it. No classic but it was solid. What this does for JD and Finn is beyond me though and dragging Dom back into a feud with Rey will be actively damaging for him. The match itself was fine, but it felt like filler. 6/10"

[7.0] "A good match from Rey and JD, JD is really good and Rey Mysterio is always good even in his age, they had good chemistry but, JD losing while still being helped by Finn is a bit weird because he looked strong last week against Ilja"

[7.0] "JD/Mysterio is cool. Rey hasn't lost any of his in-ring skills. JD was in good shape, but not as good as against Ilja. Giving Rey the win is pointless."

[7.0] "This was a very solid match. JD McDonagh has been working his ass off. He has been delivering us some fun matches. Rey Mysterio had his first singles match since his match with American Made's own Julius Creed back in April. JD McDonagh and Rey Mysterio had solid chemistry. Rey Mysterio got the win as the crowd erupted for him, and continues to show us this man can never age because he moves like he was back in WCW. Age can't take Rey Mysterio down."

[6.0] "Fairly well-worked match, Rey's still got it. But what I don't understand is why they would throw away a win to a 50 year old Rey Mysterio? What does this win mean to Rey anyway? He's not even in a meaningful storyline besides interrupting his son sometimes so .... a pointless ending really. Especially for JD who looked really strong against Dragunov last SD."

[6.0] "A perfectly serviceable TV match. The result was expected and there was nothing outstanding but it was fun regardless. I hope the whole Judgement Day storyline leads to Rey vs Dom for the AAA Mega title soon. I do wish this match was against Finn though, I think that might have been better"
