Action never clicked, the crowd never got into it (though they popped for the finish) and overall it came across as a totally forgettable match with no stakes or consequences attached to it."

[6.0] "A good way to start a tournament is with a match between two feisty outsiders. Here they slightly switched roles, after all, Kai usually uses his pressure to attack, forcing more experienced opponents to defend themselves from his energetic attacks, and Junta often works from the opponent. Here Miyawaki demonstrated a good attack and confident dominance, he fought well and in the end Fujimura got his chance, but I did not expect that this would eventually lead to his victory. Still, Miyawaki looked like a logical winner of the tournament."
