Hyo vs. Taiji Ishimori

[6.0] "I think the match was pretty good, however I think Hyo and Taiji have different opening styles, with Taiji going for the more HOT attack a body part and then cheat for the first 5 minutes, while Hyo was still going for the typical Dragongate open. Both men put in great performances in the last 5-6 minutes though, so that made it a 6. I would love to see Ishimori vs Kato after seeing this match. I think that match would rule!"

[7.0] "Very solid Junior Heavyweight-style match. This match is proof that Taiji Ishimori can still go, nice to see him in Dragon Gate as well. Nice work from Hyo also, who isn't my favorite wrestler, but he more than kept up with Ishimori and the two put on a nice match."

[7.0] "A nice compact match focused on Hyos arm. He could've sold it a lot better but it wasn't exceptionally noticeable to ruin the match."

[7.0] "Hyo had another strong individual performance and imo never looked like someone who didn't belong in the ring with Ishimori, which would be very easily noticeable considering how very similar body-wise both of these wrestlers are. Having said that, good is not good enough to beat someone as experienced and accomplished as Ishimori, but now I wouldn't be surprised if Hyo will challenge for Brave Gate and try to jump over his head to have the best possible match he can against Tanaka. ***1/4+"
