While it didn't take away from my enjoyment of the match, it didn't help that I never, for a second, thought that Sabian & Killswitch were winning this, especially with All Out being in Toronto and Bailey being Canadian."

[6.0] "A solid opening matchup with the story being that Killswitch being tired of the abuse from Kip Saiban and the growing tensions. We had some nice powerhouse moves with a mix of high-flying action throughout. Good ending with Killswitch just having enough and leaving his partner high and dry. [***]"

[6.0] "Right I mean it is definitely the weakest match of the night so far mainly because without Nick Wayne the matriarchy are just pretty boring to me and are 3 star merchants at least they had the bonus of having some story between them with the rift between Kip and Killswitch but like their match at FD it over shadows the pretty average ring work that they do. The only reason I enjoyed any of this was Jetspeed as their style is so bloody enjoyable and high paced with great hard hitting moves that brought some much needed energy to the match with their usual great high spots. I liked the finish with Killswitch finally getting fed up with Kip who had abused him all match and the last couple weeks. I though the match did a great job with the story angle would of been better if it was Nick Wayne instead of Kip though but overall yeah match that has solid but if not unremarkable action mainly down to the matriarchy, but hey-ho Jetspeed were decent and every match on a 3 hour show can't be an all timer. [5.0] "A nice match, but Sabian and Luchasaurus's disagreements took up a significant amount of space, making their performance rather anecdotal in this match. I'm not sure where we're going with this story, but there's plenty of scope for some nice clashes between Sabian and Luchasaurus, to start with, but also with other wrestlers with a shared history... In-ring quality: 1.25/4. Stakes: 0.75/2. Justification: 1/1. Place on the card: 1/1. Suspense: 0.5/1. Bonuses/penalties: none. Total: 5.25/10. Match seen on AEW Plus."

[6.0] "Some fun spots and good sequences, mainly thanks to Mike Bailey and Kevin Knight but the constant shenanigans and awkward camera work kept it from clicking fully. The Canadian crowd's support for Bailey helped lift the energy and the finish with Killswitch finally turning on Sabian gave the angle some payoff. A bit too overbooked for its own good."

[5.0] "This was a weird one, good work from JetSpeed and solid work from Sabian and Killswitch, but it just never really clicked all that well and the pace felt very disjointed, with the storyline of Luchasaurus rebelling domineering the bout. Mike Bailey pinned Sabian for the win and this was just fine unfortunately, the structure did not allow the decent to good work in ring to shine."

Obviously this match was in service of Luchasauras finding his way back to his old self (hopefully with another return soon from an old friend! ) and less about the match. and that's fine. The Matriarchy is dead without Nick Wayne, as Kip is never gonna be booked above a low card dude. Fine as a storytelling vehicle though."

DaxFTR wrote on 18.09.2025:
[6.0] "This match could have been better. Killswitch and Sabian never understood each other as a team, and that's why they lost. But it's clear that Killswitch could have won, but he didn't want to. Bailey and Knight are excellent performers, and together with Killswitch they gave their best in this match."
