It also did plenty of things that modern fans are not massively marking out for compared to the specific generation of fans that this show had in mind, so hopefully they learned and enjoyed from a different school of thought that Fox and Taylor showcased here."
[6.0] "That came kinda out of nowhere lol. Despite being incredibly quick, it was still very fun, got nothing but love for these two guys and they did had a good presentation, so it was cool to watch after all."
[5.0] "[2.5*] Weakest match on the card but it was still mad fun. I don't know why they changed the match order but this felt fucking weird as the main event. A 5-min impromptu match between two AEW wrestlers closing the Dean show? Well okay lmao. Anyways, I love both these guys (specially Shane) and this ruled. Quick, intense and fun."
[6.0] "A solid enough impromptu match that the fans in the arena ate up. Ended before it was able to get particularly notable. Shane is a great powerhouse, AR Fox is an impressive high flyer, this one was decent at it's base and could be built upon with a rematch."
[5.0] "Mid match nothing really interesting or important here such a forgettable match from a show that is going to be great in the best years. I think they've should let Tim bosby wrestle in the main event in a tag match or whatever. They could have done it what Better than that. **1/4"
[6.0] "This was a well done sprint to end the show. AR Fox has been slowly making his way back up the card with strong performances and crowd reactions that make his matches feel more important than the booking. Here he comes out to challenge Taylor and just throws himself all over the place to overcome the size disparity and just come up short after getting caught with a KO blow. Taylor needs wins like this to keep his credibility and looks like a beast coming out of this. Hopefully we can get more of these types of matches on ROH to make the shows more must-see. ***1/4"
