Jason Jett vs. Kwee Wee

[5.0] "[2.5*] that was dumb but in a really good way lmao. I'm surprised by this, didn't expect it to turn like that. Also it had some really good moments so here's that. I thought this was a strong and interesting opening for this show."

[8.0] "Lots of unique looking moves being done here, some big bumps and cool stuff like the bounce-off-the-ropes-DDT on the outside. Two relatively minor wrestlers in WCW history starting off the last ever WCW ppv with a really good match. Jason Jett especially looked great."

[8.0] "This was dumb as hell and absolutely rocked. They just did every single move they had ever learnt and put zero thought into it beyond that and I love them for it."

[8.0] "An excellent way to kick off the show. Jason Jett a big what if if WCW would've stuck around. Really could've been a major part of a revamped Cruiserweight division. Kwee Wee more than held his own as the heel and overall was a fast-paced action-packed affair."

[8.0] "My first reaction was oh my god why was this on PPV? Then it happened and we've been sleeping on Jason Jett this whole time. Guy came out, had one banger match on a WCW PPV that no one watched and just fell off the face of the Earth. What a legend."

[7.0] "A really fun opener. Decided to watch this even tho it wasnt the match I came to watch on this PPV and really enjoyed this one. Not really familiar with either guy I felt both guys really showed out here. Especially Jason Jett he hit some great innovative offense and sold his ass off too. I like this one 3.75/5"

[8.0] "In one of the stranger choices a wrestler has made, Jason Jett signed to WCW earlier in the month, and both he and the company must have known it was failing. Surprisingly, it was a very good match, very much like the indie style that would dominate outside the WWF in the next few years. Almost certainly the best match either of these guys ever had, certainly the only memorable one."

[6.0] "Jason Jett really outclassed Kwee wee here, and sold for his stuff like a champ. Really feels like Jett was out to impress here, and I was actually surprised that he went over. Top rope Powerbomb/Reverse Frankensteiner (or whatever it was? ) was kinda weird though. The Rolling X-plate finisher was absolutely amazing, never seen a better one."

[4.0] "These two guys worked fairly hard, although a few moves that they tried were rushed into production too soon and were sloppily executed, and the match was decidedly rough around the edges as a result."

[6.0] "A decent match, Kwee Wee is not very good but Jett had potential. I like the idea of WCW repushing the CW division at the end too, even if it came to nothing sadly."
