Good heel work and very smart tactics against someone known for her kicks and fast pace. This was good, Rea looked like she belonged in there and Mayu sold like hell for her. Simple story but well done by both, standard win for Mayu, but she sold Rea's offence right til the end and got the win from a bridging german. |

She came in with a game plan to attack Mayu's leg and did exactly that throughout the entire match. Rea slapped on some really brutal-looking ankle locks throughout the match that had Mayu in some real trouble, and there was even a time or two that I thought she might get an upset victory. The Icon powers through, however, battling back despite her seriously hurt leg to put Rea away with a beautiful German suplex. ***1/2. |

Rea is looking more confident as a heel and she does well in targeting limbs in various ways. This match could have used a couple of more minutes since Mayu's comeback before she got the win was abrupt. Other than that, this was good. 7/10 |

Easily Seto's best tournament match so far, and that's largely down to Mayu's world-class selling and ring awareness. It felt like Mayu went in with the clear goal of making Seto look her absolute best, and she succeeded. |
