The fact that this was the closest we got to Cena vs Drew in this tour is actually comical on a whole another level. advertising Cena wrestling just for him to be in the ring for a short ammount of time for a disqualification to happen is a whole new level of scamming if you ask me."

The match was somewhat interesting; they could have extended it as needed and ended it with a DQ, but they made the terrible decision to end it in less than 10 minutes with Cena barely contributing while the others did everything for nothing. That ending was pointless; he contributed nothing during the match. It was practically a filler match where the interesting part happened afterward, and it wasn't even about Cena. Instead, it focused on Drew destroying Cody to build a rivalry that would finally culminate in a match long after Clash in Paris. Awful"

Kinda felt like something you see in the early 2010s with the face (in this case Rhodes) getting dominated by the heels who use the vanilla dirty tactics. Then of course the hot tag for Cena, who runs through his signature moves. Different from what may have happened in 2010-2012 though is that the heels cause a DQ rather than Cena picking up the win for his team. Forgettable and nothing special, only served as a vehicle for Cena and Logan's feud and Rhodes and McIntyre's feud."

Very disappointed, the match itself was very mid.."

[3.0] "Genuinely the most pointless and forgettable TV main event i have seen in a long time all done just to set up a post match angle. Where we are going to see Drew lose another title feud. The match was just pretty dull all set up for the 5 moves of doom hot tag which didn't even win the match then we got a boring predictable DQ finish what a waste of one of the last times Cena will ever be north of the border. (*1/2)"

While I do wish Cena got more time (as it's his final match in Canada), I can understand why the went the way that they did. Cody did majority of the heavy lifting and looked solid here, the same can be said for Drew McIntyre. While Logan Paul did a decent amount of ringtime he basically served the same purpose as John Cena but as a heel. Totally passable tag main event for what it needed to be."

Everything else in the actual match was boring. For once, the mid match ad break was an absolute blessing. The seven minutes (that's right, SEVEN MINUTES) of wrestling we err given here were barely house show worthy and the cheapest of pops for the most die hard of audiences that WWE continues to abuse."

[3.0] "I can't imagine having Cena and Cody team up just to have them do the most generic TV main event ever. Cody starts off strong, then the heels take over. Hot tag to Cena, he runs wild for a little bit before we get a lame DQ finish with Logan hitting a low blow. This barely got enough time to get going and the next thing you know, it's over. Cena doesn't have that many appearances left, this was a waste. In the aftermath, Drew beats up Cody and holds up the title as a tease for a future title match. 3.5/10"

The match itself wasn't all that good, as I knew some type of chaotic moment was brewing, and it happened as Drew McIntyre dismantled and destroyed the WWE Champion Cody Rhodes as he gave him one of the most brutal Claymores I have ever seen. Drew McIntyre being back in the World Title picture was probably the best moment from this awful show because it had been longly awaited as he re-entered the Main Event Title scene, and I'm super glad he's back inserted into it."

Commentary ruined the finish even more. "Logan Paul does not want to lose! ", that is why he gets himself disqualified. It is so "silly" (to put it lightly)."
