Chris Benoit & Dean Malenko vs. Perry Saturn & Raven

[6.0] "Match of the Night so far and from the looks of the match it was always gonna be like that. This was good for 1999 standards with both teams showing the chemistry they have. The speed and the tag team work done here was absolutely superb. Raven and Saturn is my favorite team in WCW right now. They work so well with each other and manage to give out good match after good match. The ending was a bit overbooked and took away from the match a little but Kanyon pushing Malenko into the DVD was cool. [***1/4]"

[7.0] "Four good wrestlers given a lengthy match with minimal booking nonsense. There was some interference at the end, but I actually thought Kanyon pushing Malenko into the Death Valley Driver was a cool-looking spot, so it didn't bother me."

[9.0] "Great TV tag match! The tag division was suddenly blowing up around this time, somehow all the best and most interesting wrestlers suddenly got put in all at once."

[7.0] "A good tag match, definitely the highlight of an otherwise dull and boring Nitro. These two teams are carrying the WCW tag division on their backs for the first half of 1999 along with Mysterio & Kidman, but all four of these guys in this match are gone from WCW within a year. Raven and Saturn had some good double team moves, but Benoit and Malenko's chemistry is unmatched. The finish was good even with interference, and the right team won. Any combination of Kidman & Mysterio/Saturn & Raven/Benoit & Malenko facing off in a tag match usually makes for a great match."
