I do also like that the #2 Spot for the Casino Gauntlet was a prize for people to fight to win, as well, as it's just as important as the #1 Spot."
[9.0] "Great TV four-way, if you're not opposed to the style I think you will see lots to enjoy with this. MJF standing out as usual with his character work, great moment where he was gloating and then cut down by the awesome Brody King. AR Fox looking great as well, shame he can only ever take pins these days."
[4.0] "Man this match really encapsulated things I hate about modern pro wrestling. I thought AR Fox and Anthony Bowens were especially bad here. Everything they did just came across so fake and choreographed, with a lot of hesitation and leg slapping on things that didn't even need it. MJF also was not his best self here, as his action was very all over the place. With all of that said, push Brody to the MOON"
[7.0] "I thought Brody King was going to win and MJF get screwed over by Mistico but that didn't happen now MJF has a role in ALL IN as he'll be the 2nd particapnt in the Men's Casino Gauntlet Match. I'm excited for MJF's involvement. I won't be shocked if he wins the match, but I hope they stack the match with a lot of big-time names so the match can be unpredictable and amazing. But this Four-Way Match was a lot of fun, and please give AR Fox more time on TV. He's one of the most underrated talents in AEW and in wrestling today."
[7.0] "MJF is still as good as a heel, he gives money to King, runs away, hides behind hurt management. Everyone has their moment to shine. The only other potential winner in my opinion was King. MJF joins Briscoes, so they're going to have a face-off next week."
[6.0] "MJF really bores me, but I enjoy the other 3 men in this bout, so this felt a bit like a match of two halves. Brody King was an absolute star here and a hometown hero, and he provided a very good base for the more extreme spots of AR Fox. The schtick from MJF really did not land for me and he was the clear point of weakness, but it did not ruin the match. The finish was a bit disappointing with MJF getting the win very quickly with an armbar on AR Fox, but this was pretty good fun, a decent match."
[7.0] "Very fun. All 4 guys got to show off what they're about. I personally would've had Mistico cost MJF the win and have Brody win it instead, but I knew that wouldn't happen. Good match, little sloppy at times though."
[8.0] "Another really good four way match with tons of creative offence from all 4 men. In my eyes Brody was the star of this match and had so match good offence and it is a travesty he did not pick up the win as he did most of the heavy lifting whilst MJF was on the outside. Brody had some great spots The Triple cannon ball was so cool to watch as was the outside of the ring splashes to both Fox and Bowens at the start of the match it also amazes me how Brody can do a Suicide dive as well as hit a cutter he really is one of the best big men in the industry right now and if he is not in the gauntlet I will want my money back. AR fox was cool obviously the Crowd were behind him as always and he hit some more creative offence like normal but again he took the submission and he is basically a glorified jobber so hopefully something about that changes because he is a great wrestler the crowd likes. Bowens was good again mainly as he has a cool moveset as other than that his singles run has been a bit meh glad that he did not have Billy Gunn with him as Billy is a Charisma vacuum at this point so that's good but Bowens can still hang with anyone of the roster as he is good in the ring as shown in this match. Then we have MJF who was back at his peak Heel tactics in a multi men whether that is trying to give out bribes or spending time watching the action whilst commentating it is very entertaining only because it is MJF. When he did get involved he shone has sections with Brody were great and I would love to see them lock up 1v1. Thought the finish was good and made sense with how the match went with Max stealing it which actually annoyed me as I wanted Brody to win so it did it's job. Overall a really good match with some great creative offence and a cool finish. (****)"
[3.0] "Just a typical TV fourway. It's not horrible or anything but I wouldn't really call it good. I do like that AR Fox got alot of stuff in here, it's good that he's starting to find his ground again. Brody looked the most impressive in this but he didn't win because MJF just has to get in the gauntlet. I didn't really care for him in this. Bowens was kinda just a filler option here, he seemed like he was gonna get a big babyface moment but he kept getting stuffed."
[9.0] "Nah, I thought this was a pretty DAMN good match here with MJF vs AR Fox vs Anthony Bowens vs Brody King. I gave this banger a strong 8.5 out of 10, which means that I have this gem much closer to a 9 than I do an 8. Ultimately, I'm going with the 9 here on Cagematch."
[7.0] "I don't understand the lukewarm reception of this match as I thought it was much better than last week's 4 way match. All four men had great chemistry with each other. Sure besides AR Fox the in ring athleticism might not be at the same level but i think everyone here had something different to offer. This is probably the best showing I've seen since Anthony Bowens went solo, he still has a bit of character work to go as he doesn't really get over as a face but his ring work has greatly improved. AR Fox is a joy to watch even if he was a bit clunky here, it's an A for effort from me. By far the best was gonna be and was MJF and Brody King, King being the monster face and MJF the cowardly heel. King proves every week that he's one of the most consistent soloists on the roster and works magic with everyone he encounters. MJF was as equally atheleticly impressive as he was funny, I don't see how people are bored by this man. Yea I'm not saying this was a perfect 4 way by any means but it's no doubt entertaining"
[5.0] "it's alright i guess it just feels like a complete non sensical 4 way that has way to much stuff going on in it. Not crazy about this one. MJF doing the whole running around the ring thing not wanting to be caught is just so played out. Especially now when he's with the hurt syndicate i feel this is a perfect opportunity to show a different side of mjf where he is more vicious and dangerous and actually not scared to fight. But this right here doesn't screen hurt syndicate at all. Can you imagine bobby lashley or shelton benjamin doing that garbage. 3 stars"
[4.0] "To me this match felt like a waste of time as the result was a foregone conclusion. The in ring action was fine but how many more times do I have to see AR Fox get his shit in before he ultimately and inevitably loses to know that he's a perennial loser? I get it dude. MJF did some of his usual working the crowd shtick, considering how little he wrestles nowadays it's good to see that he still remembers how to play his greatest hits. Ultimately it's just a filler match with a result that everybody saw coming a mile away, will the other 3 dudes even be in the casino gauntlet match? I doubt it."
[7.0] "This was a good 4 way. Didn't start off the best as there were some noticeably awkward moments between Fox and Bowens but both of them eventually found their groove and the rest of the match was really good. Despite his rough start, Fox put in a great showing here by just showing off his awesome moveset and hitting these insane dives. Brody was as great as ever here and even MJF wasn't as annoying as he usually tends to be. Bowens was probably the weakest link here, not actively dragging the match down but not really standing out as much as the other 3 people in the match. Predictable result here, with MJF picking up the win, but that aside this was very good. ***1/2"

Brody King and AR Fox are especially exciting to see in the ring, but one thing that's really odd to me is that AR Fox, despite showing incredible ability every time he's in the ring, flying all over the place and making extremely risky bumps look easy, he still has to take the pin or in this case the submission because he's essentially a glorified jobber. Whenever he's in the ring you know he's going to lose, but you also know that you will be entertained. Then you have Brody King, a high flying big guy who kicks arse, Anthony Bowens who kind of lacks charisma but makes up for it in the ring, and MJF who's well, MJF."
