30 | 01.07.2025 | AlexClark314 | 9.0 | What a fucking match that was it was everything I would have hoped for and more. Fast from the very off with elite technical wrestling mixed in with some high flying moves. The match was given a boost by ospreays nose being bloodied by the opening sequence. The match the enter the super stage where they pulled out all the stops and best moves like the Sasuke special from ospreay and swerve countering what ever Will through at him whilst targeting Will's neck and shoulder throughout the match. Their was an excellent call back to their forbidden door match with the sequence of them both ducking out of each others finishers which is always beautiful to watch. The selling and psychological was at a high level throughout the match affecting both men's moves throughout the match. The near falls of moves like the hidden blade, storm breaker and the house calls and swerve stomps were perfectly timed, amplifying the tension and keeping the audience on edge through every exchange. Interesting that swerve used the deadeye on will after hangman used the big pressure on ospreay at DON when he is trying to get them to work together. Once again Will almost had the big match one but his hesitance to use the tiger driver on anyone he don't hate cost him the win once again which is what will change about him during him run to the belt in the future whilst swerve showed his edge he gained during his feud with hangman as even when both men were battered and out on their feet swerve was willing to just hurt Will instead of going for the cover in the last 30 seconds. While a time-limit draw felt inevitable, what we got was nothing short of a thrill ride from start to finish. Overall definitely TMOTY of the year contender. Then the segment after the match with Will taking the superkick from the Bucks to protect Swerve teasing the tag match at All IN was a great post match angle. (*****) |

32 | 30.06.2025 | EmoForkliftDriver | 9.0 | Absolute magic whenever these guys are in the ring together. It's not as good as their match at Forbidden Door, it's not as good as Omega vs Danielson's time limit draw but when you're not quite as good as perfection it's barely a criticism. This was obviously gonna be a time limit draw but I'll be damned if this wasn't one of the most fun matches I've seen on tv since Will faced Darby Allin in the C2. Maybe this would be a 5 star for me if the outcome wasn't obvious and there wasn't a lull in one of the ad breaks but these feel knit picky and I'm just happy this match exists |

44 | 23.06.2025 | FelipeTalksGraps | 3.0 | [1.5*] I really like Swerve and I do like Will too, at least way more than I did back then, but this match had every single schtick I hate about their matches. First finisher was way too soon, they did like 7 finishers each, there was a spot where Swerve did 5 power moves in a roll, Will no-sold them and immediately did two finishers for a nearfall that wasn't even impressive. I know this match got "cancelled" for the early reversal sequences but I actually thought they looked kinda cool, my problem is with this excessive amount of finishers that hurt the product in the big game because this only happens in Will's matches. Another bad thing is that they made the time limit draw so obvious since the first second lol, everyone saw it coming. Then it came without even a proper countdown. Idk, whole thing just made me very frustrated. |

59 | 20.06.2025 | JoeyBingBong | 8.0 | Though their flair for the theatrics can be slightly grating, this pairing again proved to be a winning formula, putting some time in for an extended television sequel. Swerve takes much of this, reminding the world of his bite as a spiteful villain, steering the ship and broadly targeting Ospreay's shoulder. To their credit, they return to that thread later too, giving this a coherent outline to accompany the thrills. They do get a touch cute with the sequencing and such at times, but they more often get it just right, trading bombs in explosive, slick exchanges. Add in a little blood and you have an impressive hit, even with a rough edge or two. ***3/4 |

62 | 20.06.2025 | Cavazos01 | 8.0 | ****3/4 A very great match, it didn't reach the level of their Forbidden Door match from last year but it met expectations to a certain extent, a great pace, they went from less to more which was complemented by a very great intensity that they maintained from the beginning, a very great chemistry, very great kick-outs from both, great sequences like the final one with the Vertebreaker followed by the Swerve Stomp, and a great ending that could have been better because they lost like 30 seconds where nothing happened and it felt like Swerve wanted to use the time limit because they didn't try hard to sell that Swerve wanted to pin Ospreay. |

70 | 18.06.2025 | Divus Rolexus | 9.0 | This was an excellent TV match but nowhere as good as the one from Forbidden Door 2024. There's one thing I really don't like in AEW is the fact that they don't announce the time left. I would much appreciate if they call, like in Japan, the minutes left. Most time limit finishes appear underwhelming and aren't efficient. It still is an excellent TV match but it could've been much more. |

73 | 18.06.2025 | SapBR01 | 4.0 | Is this supposed to be some sort of tryout match for them or something? The asinine logic in AEW of making everything look as phony and "wink wink" as possible, and then try to PRETEND having an actual atheletic competition is hilarious. If AEW had been presented this way since the beginning maybe such completely unnecessary 30 minute draws would make the barest amount of sense. The match itself was good but held less sense than a random 12 man tag. The post match angle was truly one of the most terrible ones I have ever seen. Shit like that makes you switch off the tv for real. Overdramatic nonsensical move by Ospreay to save Swerve. This show slaps you in the face with how phony it is. Yet I will give this a fair rating for the match itself. A completely self indulgent one and that ended in a draw which atleast moves forward Ospreay and Swerve to All In. |

75 | 18.06.2025 | Mizzle Assault Ant | 3.0 | Another big Ospreay match, another match that didn't vibe with me... I like Swerve a lot and he did bring some stuff I liked in this match, I didn't hate it or anything, but I just... didn't feel interested in it, I felt like there was a lot of big stuff that really didn't mean a thing. I don't like the whole "counter to counter to counter to counter to counter to counter" sequence where nobody ever hits anything and it looks really choreographed, more power to those who do like the sequence because they certainly got what they wanted. It just went on and on because they don't want to give either of these guys a loss, which I guess is fine but it just wasn't engaging to me. |

Let this BUILD give it time to breathe and then come all in if you give us this exact match there on that stage with another month of build and emotion then this match would be great. And then after the match we get the youngbucks attacking these two and we get a match starting to build for the biggest show of the year? Screw that man. 4.75 stars |
