[9.0] "Exciting and fun match from Will Ospreay and Amazing Red. The high flying innovative offense from both of these guys was incredible. This dream match absolutely delivered. The spots were great in this match. Very good match."

[9.0] "This was a dream match that delivered on all of the hype. Ospreay and Red worked extremely well together and you can tell that Red was one of Ospreay's major wrestling influences. This is easily one of my favorite matches from either of these two."

[10.0] "Beautiful piece of wrestling between Amazing Red and Will Ospreay in what was certainly a highly anticipated dream match for many, except for those who claim that these two are just spot monkeys and I can understand the people who don't like the work of these two which is mainly about some flippy stuff but for me Ospreay's matches are much more than that and he conveys a lot more emotion than we are led to believe. Of course here all the spots they did with their exceptional athletic abilities were more than must-see, but beyond that there was just an inexplicable feeling around this match and the crowd was absolutely insane. A clash of generations that lived up to its promise, you can clearly see Red's influence in Ospreay's work and Ospreay is never better than when he's playing this chicken bastard role against an extremely supported wrestler. Red's facial expressions were incredible, we all know he's been unlucky in his career and here he was giving himself a huge challenge by wanting to face Ospreay for thirty minutes so to see him so combative was something beautiful. Those two guys delivered the match I expected them to, it was phenomenal."

I went into this one not really knowing what to expect but the pacing of the match and many awesome spots in between make it really enjoyable to watch. There is a lot of emotion and heart due to Amazing Red being Ospreay's idol, and this emotion elevates what would already be a really good match to one of my favorites of 2019."

[4.0] "Went way too long, had way too much cutesy gesturing stuff that you'd expect from big stars making a special appearance at a local indie - and maybe that's the expectations I should have come in with, I dunno, but other matches didn't have this kind of padding. It went long enough that they lost a crowd that was so, so into them, they had been chanting "This is awesome! " before the two had even touched. Amazing Red's comeback segments were the highlight, partially because Ospreay was literally standing on his head for him, partially because Amazing Red played the role of veteran underdog well. But unfortunately, there were just such vast stretches of the match where I had to find something else to keep my attention occupied to stay awake, I can't recommend this match at all."

[5.0] "Pretty bad match tbh. Amazing Red pulls off some cool spots and shows some good fire which is cool, but Ospreays performance is really bad. His selling, facial expressions, and acting throughout are just really goofy and corny dragging the whole match down. Theres two really egregious spots one where Ospreay hits a standing SSP on Red and makes a cocky pin, and then makes this bizarre like shocked face as if he was so certain he was gonna beat Red with this move hes beaten literally zero other wrestlers with. The other terrible moment is when Red goes for a pinfall near the ropes and Ospreay has his leg up near the ropes for the first 2 counts and then finally only puts his foot on the rope at 2. 9 which totally breaks any suspension of disbelief that Ospreay so desperately tries to shatter throughout the rest of the match. Amazing Red s really good, Ospreays really bad, so it evens out to about **1/2 for me."

[9.0] "A honestly emotional match, WIll Ospreay getting to live out a dream of having a match with someone he looked up to and admired, Amazing Red. Rarely do you get to see both competitors bring everything physically and emotionally to a match, Red put everything he had into it and proving he was still among the best jr heavys going. The after the match heartfelt from Ospreay had Red in tears and made things a bit dusty for everyone!"

[9.0] "The work of this match was really good, they even handled their mistakes really well and make it work. The 28 minutes of this match felt like 10 but didn't had the epic battle feeling that was hyped by the people live. Ospreay was back as a cartoonish heel which was great and different for him who works mostly as an underdog babyface these days, I thought he put over really well with his selling. Overall, it was a great match but I'm not as high on it as the people who were live. (****1/4)"

[9.0] "A supposed "dream match" that everyone who were invested in it knew could be an all time classic. It didn't live up to that really high hype, but certainly a great last hurrah for Red if anything. I rolled my eyes when I saw this match went half an hour (as every Ospreay main event does), but to whomever's credit, this didn't feel as long as it actually was. While the work both guys put in was really great, not once did Red feel as big of a star as Ospreay did. It didn't help that he couldn't keep up with Ospreay at fast points, but he did show that he still has the ability to pull out some crazy athletic moves. Mostly a spot fest, but it didn't really need to be more than that anyways."
