[5.0] "Super choreographed as this division tends to feel, so despite some really cool spots a lot of this just feels fake and lacks impact. Izzy Dame looked cool. Very happy with the result in Sol Ruca, the finish in general was good and I like that they didn't break up Zaria and Sol doing so."
[8.0] "There were a lot of pet peeves in this match for me. I absolutely hate it when everyone gathers on the floor to catch the one doing the ariel move. It looks so dumb. I did enjoy this match and I do like Sol Ruca so far, but I just can't go any higher because of some of the sloppiness in the match."
[5.0] "Generic ladder match full of people doing spots and the usual NXT overacting. Some spots looked nasty and gave the impression that the ambition here is bigger than the capability. Some near misses for serious injuries. Was this match really necessary? Did the ladder match format add anything here?"
[9.0] "****1/2 (09/10) Halfway through Stand & Deliver 2025, and everyone had been on super flaming fire, especially all six ladies fighting for the Women's NA title. I think I would have been happy with any of the workers coming out on top. That's how awesome all six shone throughout the ladder match. Stand & Deliver was already setting a bar that the remaining half had a lot to live up to. Honestly, I was worried that both nights of Mania 41 wouldn't be as awesome. As we came to find out, I had legitimate reason to worry."
[3.0] "[*1/2] I didn't see any knee braces in this match so hopefully we still had 12 healthy ACLs at the end of this match. Most the women involved are out of their depth in a 5 minute singles match so it is quite the risk to throw them into a ladder match. Kelani Jordan in particular looked like an accident waiting to happen. Ladder matches are passe now and this was particularly unmemorable. It was at least good to see such frequent attempts to climb the ladder, though it was out of position to actually reach the title more often than not."
[9.0] "A really amazing ladder between everyone involved with amazing action and spots throughout, every woman got a chance to shine in this match and it was a great win for Sol Ruca who also won the WWE Women's Speed Championship just eight before this, making her a double champion this early into her career."
[7.0] "7.5/10 Chaotic ladder madness! Kelani's daredevil leaps, Sol's power spots & Lola/Thea's creativity shined. Structure felt scattered early but the final 5 mins delivered drama. Needed tighter storytelling, but a wild stunt fest"
[7.0] "Shawn Michaels and Ladder Matches? Can you name a better duo? The guy just understands what makes the match stipulation so great, whether it be multi-man contests or just a singles feud. Everyone here was very fun to watch, and it goes to show that the NXT women's division is the best thing going for WWE right now. That Sol Snatcher off of the ladder was amazing, and the dual one a few moments later was arguably better. Star making performance for Sol Ruca here. ****"
[8.0] "Suffers somewhat from the blatant set ups to a number of the spots, which made the match feel overly choreographed at times, but my god this was still an extremely entertaining match. If this represents the standard of the mid-card of the women's roster at NXT then it's really not hard to see why so many believe they have the finest women's division out there. Everyone shone, but Kelani Jordan has become an instant new favourite for me based on this one."
[7.0] "I admit I've seen very little of anybody in this match but they went out there and had the most textbook (positive connotation) scramble ladder match possible. Everybody got in there and hit their spots well (even if you could see each one being set up a mile away), and there was just a little clear story about Sol Ruca having both a tag partner and a rival in this match in Zaria & Kelani. That's about all I picked up based on my knowledge of the current NXT women's division, but it was straight-forward enough to follow and it was done well. Zaria stood out a lot here, I liked what I saw out of her offense, but Sol was the centerpiece of the match and really impressed athletically while giving a bit of babyface fire that got the crowd behind her. Everything from her and Zaria facing off on the ladder to the finish was aces, everything prior was solid across the board. ***1/2"
[8.0] "Very enjoyable match...all the ladies put in a good performance but i was especially amazed at Izzi Dame and how good she was in this match...one to look out for in the future."
[7.0] "I'm pretty dissapointed in how messy this one looked, but still liked it. A multiperson ladder is always risky but in this one there were just too many rough moments, Izzi is specially green. I'm happy with the result, though."
[3.0] "I didn't enjoy this match too much. Way too much of a spotfest. I hated thi se overly choreographed sections of the match where rest of the women would stand up like dumb idiots to take the move from one woman. And then another woman would do the same thing and then another. Also most of the match consisted of just two women inside the ring and rest of them lying outside doing nothing. Sol Ruca was definitely the standout. I have always been a huge fan of her so I was very happy to see her win the title. Zaria has turned to be an underwhelming acquisition in comparison to other talents like Vaquer, Giulia and Jordynne."
[7.0] "[3.5*] Really liked this one a lot. As much as it wasn't the smoothest match ever, all of them busted their asses off and took some nasty bumps in order to entertain us. We got a couple of fucking insane spots and the right woman won after an unbelievable Sol Snatcher combo. Sol Ruca is so, so great. She instantly became my girlfriend's favorite lol."
[8.0] "Next was the women's ladder match. Very good match between all six women and each woman had a chance to showcase their in-ring ability along with showing out for the crowd. The woman who really surprised me was Izzi Dame. I thought she showed how much she improved her in-ring ability by showing off her power moves and the execution of each move. Respect to her. Sol Ruca and Zaria were obviously great because they are fantastic in the ring, already. Honestly what do people expect when it comes to ladder matches, they are literally designed to be spot fests. So overall, very good match in my opinion. [****]"
[7.0] "Very correct for a ladder match. The spots may have seemed a little slow to set up, but not to the point of disconnecting me from the match. Ruca and Zaria put on a good show, but that wasn't the case for all the wrestlers. The finish is a little difficult to execute and it showed, but it's also a great way to end the match and give Ruca a big win. In-ring quality: 2/4.Stakes: 1.5/2.Justification: 1/1.Place on the card: 1/1.Suspense: 1/1. Justification: 1/1. Bonus/malus: none. Total: 7.5/10. Match seen on the WWE Network."
[6.0] "A storyless spotfest but with enough interesting spots that I was never truly bored. Most of that praise has to go to Sol Ruca, her skinning the cat on the ladder is one of the craziest things I've seen in a while and was the clear highlight of the match. I wish there was a little more chaos and brutality, moments here looked very rehearsed."
[10.0] "What an awesome match! Sol Ruca is one of the best in NXT regardless of gender. Happy that she has won a title in NXT, and is currently a double champ. A bit odd to make her the Speed Champion right before she wins the NA title, do they make her lose the Speed title quickly? Who knows. I was shocked by Izzi Dame in this match, she had a good performance. The ending sequence was awesome!"
[7.0] "(Grade:C/***1/2) Very good match, glad to see the women in this match giving time to shine, I was hoping Thea Hail would get an upset victory as she's one of my fav out of the rest. Sol Ruca went out with a banger doing a Sol Snatcher off the ladder followed by two more sol snatchers to become the new Women's North American Champion, great way to end the match!"
[6.0] "***3/4 good match, some were outstanding, good sequences, some good spots, good rhythm, good chemistry and a good ending, where Zaria and Ruca face each other at the top of the ladder and Sol Ruca ends up knocking Zaria down then applies two tremendous Sol Snatchers to go up and take down the title, she deserves it, she is one of the most underrated of the tremendous women's division of NXT, the bad thing about the match was the intervention of Spears' faction and that perhaps there were not enough spots or sequences for everyone to have a moment in the match"
[8.0] "I thought this got really fun towards the end. Highlights from an action point of view were Thea's dive to the outside onto the pile, Ruca skinning the cat on the ladder (insane) and the subsequent Snatcher off of it. I also enjoyed the moments of Sol and Zaria saving eachother before the came face to face atop the ladder - nice story beats. I look forward to seeing what Sol does in her championship reign, but I'm a Thea Hail kinda guy."
[8.0] "(8) firmly going 8 on this one due to a couple of factors. I think Izzi Dame was a real standout, she needs to get more time to shine. Overall the action was pretty consistent, maybe not as many high risk spots but still enough to be entertaining. Lastly is the ending which was one of the few great moments of storytelling throughout a ladder match. Maybe I'm too much of a fan of Sol Ruca but what I saw her not wanting to accept Zaria just handing her the title, fighting her ass off to knock her off, and then just being too undeniably great to let anyone drag her down after. Really emphasized how great her partnership with Zaria has been, and overall I could not be happier with the winner choice."
[9.0] "Another really decent match. I really thought Izzi Dame was the wrestler who stood out for me (as well as Ruca) . The ladies put together a fantastic performance with brilliant spots throughout."
[8.0] "Ladder stipulation used with optimal precision. Obviously happy for Sol (what a week ! ) and all women involved. Izzi Dame managed to come out as a strong character."
[10.0] "Amazing match. Was a bit unsure about this match at first considering the story going into it, which wasn't much just a vacated title and a Ladder match for it.But this ladder match was great. Some crazy spots and each wrestler played a good part in it.And I'd say having Sol Ruca winning it was nice and probably the right choice but you could have had anyone in the match win it and be a good choice. This potential Ruca vs Zaria feud could go crazy so let's see.Overall, great match and one of my favourites of all time."
[7.0] "A really good ladder war between 6 women who put it all on the line. The spots were innovative and some of the bumps were brutal. Thea Hail was the standout in my opinion of this match and she should do great things going forward."
[7.0] "She has the most insane finish ever seen. A very physical match between them. These women cared only about one thing and that is to put on a show for the fans with some fun spots. Shawn out here jobbing for the girls now, let's go. Thea Hall about join the her team again for sure. It was good at certain points and may have lagged in the middle but definitely picked up the steam by the end. And New. p.s. this ladder match could have been shared with two more at Wrestlemania Night 1 and Night 2. This might be the best women's ladder match"
[7.0] "Good match for the women's North American title. NXT has a reputation for ladder matches and while this one won't be remembered in the long term it was enjoyable. I can forgive there not being so many crazy bumps given how inexperienced most of these wrestlers are, better safe than sorry. I felt like everyone had their time to shine. Sol winning was the right move, she's probably the best of the bunch here and deserves to finally get a real push. 7/10"
[8.0] "This was a sick ladder match that featured a plethora of amazingly skilled women from the current crop, and it felt like a cool way to crown Sol Ruca as the champion after honing her craft to the fans' adoration. However, it wasn't as fluid as one would expect, considering the rich history between NXT and ladder matches. Maybe it was because of the inexperience of most wrestlers, but they showed great promise for future chances like this. The underlying drama of friction between Zaria & Sol was done very well - not so dramatic but on point! 3.75 out of 5 stars!"
[8.0] "Wow this was amazing. Idk why it's rated this low. Definitely going to my moty list. Wasn't expecting much but it turned out to be so good. ****"
[8.0] "Sol Snatcher from the ladder and then the double off the turnbuckle was really cool. Nice moment between Sol and Zaria on the ladder too. A very good ladder match, everyone got their moments to shine which is always the most important in such a match I think. Solid 4*"
[5.0] "Probably the most done-to-death match type that WWE uses on big shows to present a spectacle and get people on the card. It is one of those things that never gets me super excited, but it is a decent way to shut off your brain and see something crazy. Starting with the positives, these women committed their bodies to the match by taking some big hits and nasty bumps on the ladders. At one point Zariah brained somebody with the Terry Funk spot that looked like it made more contact than intended, but I think that rocks and adds a lot to the atmosphere. The stuff that I didn't like were the Culling whose presence was only there to catch bodies, I get that they were there for safety, but I think it made them all look like geeks and added nothing. The Zariah/Ruca spot on the ladder towards the end occurred as I was beginning to have enough of the match and became the moment where I got annoyed at WWE's cringey mid-match melodrama. After that Ruca hits her finisher twice, landing them awkwardly in both instances and taking away any chances of me being invested at that point. All together this is just another fine ladder scramble that failed to capture the creativity and organic momentum needed for these to land. **3/4"
[8.0] "one of my favorite ladder matches in recent memory this was so much fun. Possibly my favorite part of this match was the spot at the top of the ladder with sol ruca and zaria i thought it was great seeing them both look at eachother and know they had to do what they had to do. Very happy with sol winning the women's north american title by this time next year i predict sol will be walking in as women's world champ or challenging for it. The direction see for the summer is zaria turning on sol and taking the belt. 4.25 stars"
"[7.0] A really good showcase for a lot of talented superstars. A lot of super cool and innovative spots, especially from Kelani and Sol. Thea stood out a lot. Izzi should not have been given this spotlight. Pretty much every ladder spot was amazing; I recall Kelani getting suplexed onto the ladder in the corner was particularly nasty. Zaria's power spots were fire. And they all worked their asses off to tell a great story of fighting and warring for this championship. But for me, it felt like a 2K15 simulation at certain points. Things were just slow, unimpactful, and confusing, like Sol's forearms. Or how Izzi telegraphed the hell out of that Sol Snatcher off the ladder at the end Sol's finishers at the end could've gone a little bit better but the finishing sequence was gas and it was some interesting story notes. Made her and everyone involved look better and put everyone in a position to get more over with programs and big moves and character work moving forward."
[9.0] "Loved it more than the majority of people. It was such a good surprise, my expectations were kind of low, because I normally don't care about Jordan, or Lola, or basically any of these 6 besides sometime Sol Ruca. But they made me care. Not everything was 100% right, but when a botch happened, they manage to react quickly and right, so everything was smooth. The only thing that disapointed me, is that I would've love to see Zaria turn and go bersek on Ruca, either in the match or after, but I understand that they were saving the heel turn of the night for another match."
[8.0] "Ladder matches are hard to mess up. Which is why the classic Mania multi-man ladder match was one of the peak attractions for a Mania card lucky enough to include it (remember the really good one at Mania 31? ), and tonight was no exception. A really good match, and the wheel keeps turning for the women in NXT spectacularly. I do have one nitpick, though, but it doesn't detract from the match itself: the booking of this match was a mess. I understood they had to get the belt off Giulia, and on to Steph, but the whole "we have to strip you of the NA belt" segment the week after was silly (you're working with TNA, guys, just Option C the thing), but it's even sillier to then put the belt on the women's speed champion. But, like I said, doesn't detract from my enjoyment at all."
[9.0] "An action-packed, high-energy ladder match that truly showcased the depth and why NXT's women's division is truly the best in professional wrestling. Each competitor brought something unique, with standout moments from Izzi Dame, Thea Hail and Zaria, and wild athleticism from Kelani and Sol. Sol Ruca winning feels well-earned, she's worked hard and delivered. That said, the only thing that would've made it perfect for me is a Thea Hail victory. Still, this was a fantastic match worthy of the spotlight."
[9.0] "I think the match was pretty good in focusing on every woman in equivalency and as a result everyone had a moment to shine when the camera rolled for them. In an era where ladder matches have become almost routine, this six-woman showdown managed to feel fresh. Every competitor seized their moment to shine, which was especially impressive given this was my first exposure to several of them on a PPV. The match thrived on perfect chaos: Sol Ruca emerging as the undeniable MVP with her death-defying spots and emotional showdown with Zaria atop the ladder. Zaria herself looked dominant throughout, while Thea Hail's fearless cross-body onto The Culling was a legit holy-shit moment."
[9.0] "The risk of packing a match with green talent is there, but these developmental standouts proved they're ready for the spotlight. Sure, there were messy moments, but the sheer fun of it all (and Sol Ruca's jaw-dropping athleticism) carried the day. WWE's got something special in Ruca, she didn't just participate; she stole the show. Kellani Jordani is also insane for doing most of these spots too, and she looked great as well, the whole Zaria-Sol exchange was pretty great too, with them holding back punches (and tears)"
[8.0] "SOL RUCA IS A STAR! I'm glad she won, she has one of the creative move sets and she absolutely deserves it. Her exchange with Zaria on the ladder is great and the way she got to the top of the ladder was incredibly innovative. The rest of the field played their roles well, especially Hail who I think had the best flurry of offence in the middle. After the ridiculous nature of this match coming to be, thank god they landed with a good match. Looking forward to seeing what's next for Ruca and Zaria"
[9.0] "I thought this was a pretty good ladder match. This delivered exactly what it needed to, a tighter, more focused ladder match than last year's Battleground mess. While there were some rough edges, the absence of major botches was a win, and the death-defying spots landed with impact. The Sol/Zaria confrontation stood out as genuinely emotional rather than forced, giving the chaos some much-needed heart. 'Controlled chaos' might be the best way to describe it, risky enough to thrill, but calculated enough to avoid being a messy disaster."
[8.0] "This did the job it was supposed to. It was a better, tighter multi woman ladder match than the one for the same belt at Battleground last year. No major botches even though there was sloppiness, some absolutely terrifying spots. Kelani Jordan is completely insane. I was hoping Zaria would turn on Sol and win the title but this was fine with me. That's the money feud for sure. Thea Hail got a big moment off the ladder. Sol just about got her sol snatchers right. All in all, a good entertaining ladder match for the title."
[8.0] "Really solid ladder match. Which is a feat that is tough to pull off in this oversaturated match gimmick. As expected from any good multiperson ladder match, everyone got a lot of shine, and that was a bonus for me, as it was my first time seeing many of these women perform. I particularly liked a sequence where Kalani Jordan stalled a suplex from Izzi Dame just before the moment of impact onto a prone ladder, reversing the situation and instead slamming Izzi onto it. It was clever and creative, high impact and didn't rely on illogical acrobatics or a victim lying prone in position for way to long. Little things like this make or break a match for me. Excellent ending, had me feeling tense for someone I'm not even familiar with."
[7.0] "[3.25/5.00]: I think this was pretty fine, not as good as most women's ladder matches will go, but they tried tying in narratives with this too. The whole Sol Ruca/Zaria exchange felt emotional than being a "oh well we'll have to fight now" shrug, a moment that was warranted than being out of place. Maybe safest is the right word for it. A fun, well-structured ladder match with some brutal bumps, though nothing too reckless, thanks to The Culling absorbing most of the big spots. Smart layout made everyone look strong, especially Ruca, who shined in her long-awaited spotlight. That said, multi-person ladder matches are starting to feel stale, and the decision to push Ruca over Zaria (despite their built-in team connection) was, interesting."
[6.0] "A ladder match that offered some nice spots, even if the execution wasn't always perfectly mastered. However, despite these moments, we had the impression that the match lacked a certain naturalness. The sequence of actions seemed too choreographed, which unfortunately took away some of the naturalness that we expect from such a confrontation. A lack of fluidity that gave the impression that we were seeing more of a sequence of several spots put together and that the wrestlers were preparing rather than a real desire from each of the participants to win the match"
[6.0] "As ladder matches go, this is one of the safest you'll see in a while. Which is pretty understandble considering how green some of these women are. It was a decent match but nothing you'll remember after one day. Very happy for Sol Ruca winning the title, she has been knocking on that door for a while and finally got that belt (well, actually two belts this week). The finish was good because it put over strong Sol's ability and was easily the best part about the match. Happy no one got injured seriously"
[10.0] "OMGGG THIS MATCH WAS EVERYTHING. They found a way to make all the girls shine, Thea Hail with the fire up energy, Lola Vice having a mean streak kicking and choking everyone who stand in her way. Izzi Dame showed a lot of powerhouse move been the most strong in the match with Zaria. Kelani Jordan aggressiveness was increasing throughout the match. Zaria pulling up strong moves and taking a lot of spots aswell, and Sol Ruca with the crazy atlethic moves, also love the spots of ZARUCA friendship been part of the story of this match. Congratulations Sol Ruca !"
[8.0] "This is one of the matches i was looking forward to, and i think this was way better than the first one, and i'm so happy that it was more than 12 minutes, this match was so brutal, and you could tell that just by the beginning of the match, i think my only probably with this match was that, there were multiple times were they could have gotten the title but it took too long for someone to get them, but that's not really a big problem for me. Ruca and Kelani always shines in stipulation matches, but i was sceptical for Ruca because she won the Speed title, so i really thought she wasn't going to win, i was also really happy that Lola was in this match, and i think she needs more opportunities, and i really liked how she knocked out everyone when she was trying to get up the ladder, i'm also so happy that Thea Hail is back, and i'm happy she is getting a character after Chase U ended and i can't wait for her singles run because she had an amazing Match with Roxanne, i Was a little confused because Kelani came out smiling and looking face, but i liked her moment with Ruca at the beginning of the match, Izzi seemed much better here, and I was genuinely shocked by her here. Zaria was such a great powerhouse here, and I think that the NXT Women's Division needs that. I'm happy that Sol won (but I do wish Lola did win this) but now i cant wait to see how her reign with the championship is going to be."
[3.0] "Unfortunately, I thought this was terrible and revealed just how inexperienced the majority of the field are. The match lacked real momentum, danger or unpredictability, the spots were generic and not memorable, the storytelling between Zaria and Ruca was very unsatisfying and poorly acted, heelish Kelani Jordan does not work for me, and I do not like Sol Ruca at all. She doesn't make her offence or her selling look good, she just does impressive somersaults. Her finish is dreadful for making it look painful or like a convincing match ender, and she took one of the worst powerbomb bumps I've ever seen off the ladder (she just jumped obviously). You could see the seams constantly. Even Hail and Dame, who impressed most physically and psychologically, had moments where they were clearly waiting for others to get into place."
[7.0] "This was a pretty good match , the spots were good , the back and forth was nice all women showed out and proved how good they are. Sol ruca winning the title was good and her and zaria fighting over it was also nice . The spots with thea against the culling was alright but kind of took away from that portion of the match. Kelani had some solid moments , sol ruca was the star of the match . Lola vice wasn't in the main portions of this man she could've won , but sol has put in a lot of work and she deserves to be champion."
[8.0] "This was a pretty fun ladder match. All six women did a good job. Sol Ruca was the star of this match. She was everywhere in this match, from the crazy spots to the high-emotion drama when she and Zaria were on top of the ladder. Thea Hail had some crazy moments when Zaria pushed the ladder forward, and she took out The Culling with a cross-body. Zaria was dominating a lot of this match, she looked great as well. But the final moments of this match, where Sol Ruca turned it up by taking everyone out, was a good touch as she climbed to be the new WWE NXT Women's North American Champion. She is now a double champion as she's the WWE Women's Speed Champion and WWE NXT Women's North American Champion. What a week it has been for her. WWE is strapping the rocket as they have high hopes for her."
[7.0] "This was 100% a better match than the first women's NA match. This was a good match with solid moments. Sol winning was shocking to me cause I thought they were gonna put it on Zaria or Thea Hail, but I'm not mad about it. Good match with a perfect winner"
[7.0] "This was also another good match, the Ladder Matches always have an extra to be really great matches, which was this case, because I think If this was a normal match, it would've been lame, but hey the ladders pushed this one, Lots of great spots between the 6 ladies, I thought that Thea was going to win (which could've been controversial) but in the end after some spots and OMG moments, Sol Ruca wins it after sacrificing a friendship with Zaria, too bad for them, but Ruca won, the crowd was also supporting it, and the match besides being good in ring, giving each lady a time to be on focus, Sol Ruca grabs the belt after taking out Izzy, Thea, Kelani and more. 7/10 [****1/4]"
[8.0] "A very fun spotfest that bested the first ladder match for that title some months ago. Again, all the women had the space to show their strengths - even if I think that Thea and Lola could've had more to do. Even if there were a few clunky moment - especially that ladder bridge sequence - there were even more good moment : Thea dropping from the top, Zaria and Sol face to face on top of the ladder - where the emotion was really well sold, especially by Sol - and that finishing sequence with the two sol-snatchers. 8/10."
[7.0] "I thought this was pretty fun - for sure not the best ladder match in recent times but i defiently enjoyed this match - everyone had a good showing in the match such as thea's spot jumping onto the Culling etc... i'm glad Sol Ruca did pick up the win though although i did think they'd pull the trigger of Thea - but Sol has been one of the standouts in a stacked divison so i'm glad she finally got ther moment which has been long coming for the last couple years she has improved massively solid 7/10"
[7.0] "That was an AMAZING Ladder match for the NXT Women's North American Championship! Not everything was super fluid, the flow was a little sloppy at times and sadly the crowd wasn't fully into it, but there were a lot great spots and awesome moments that made for a great watch none the less. Sol Ruca was the perfect choice to crown as the new champion, and the finishing sequence where she first took out Zaria, then proceeded to hit a Sol Snatcher from the Ladder and then a double Sol Snatcher before ultimately winning was AWESOME. Despite its flaws, this was an amazing match with a brilliant finish and earns a (7/10) rating!"
[5.0] "I really wanted to like this match more than I ended up doing. Don't get me wrong the match was good and there was some very enjoyable and good spots but there was also very sloppy moments. When using the ladder as a weapon or to set the ladder up the movement was very slow and sluggish, when hitting someone with the ladder it looked very weak and the spots jumping off the ladder looked ridiculous with everyone standing outside the ring waiting on the spot happening with their hands in the air. It's a problem in every ladder match. The closer to the end we go the better the match got, Sol Ruca deserved this win and I'm sure she will be a great champion."
