[7.0] "A very solid match, but a little too long and ambling in the middle to really hit greatness. I really do like the finish in particular of this match; the booking of it was really smart and provided a great finish and a big moment for Homare. Recommend, but not as strongly as I wish I could."

[8.0] "What a star performance by Homare that night. Finals was maybe a bit too long, but the perfectly fluent tag action was still there and well told drama was so grabbing. I dig the difference in the way those teams view heel work as, like MinoLee are all about roughless strikes and Shun finds a way to make his opponent fly into the chairs at ringside. Take a random wrestling fan, give them Homare's debut and those three matches an they become an instant fan. ****1/4"

[8.0] "First half went as you would expect it to be in heels vs. heels match, but then action actually picked up and all four wrestlers were impressive when they needed to be, which ultimately made the finish, where Homare pinned Minoura clean after tremendous 450 Splash, mean something. Homare was almost 8 months into his career when this match happened, but he already carried himself like he's 5-6 years in and already had at least one sustained push behind him - his confidence and poise are just that remarkable. ***3/4"

[8.0] "Slower paced compared to the other Shun/Homare matches tonight, but the story here is very intriguing. Minoura and Jason are both in a standoff with Shun and Homare due to the Dia Inferno situation, and it showed at the beginning of the bell. Towards the end it is all classic DG and a great Homare performance capped off the win and trophy for him and Shun. Homare pinning Minoura after the Firebird for his first career pinfall win is the icing of the cake for his and Shun's RdP campaign. My rookie of the year so far."
