Mark Briscoe vs. Mark Davis

[5.0] "(Grade:C-) What they do to my boy Mark Davis, they better have him on that Kyle Fletcher route cause I don't want him loss in the shuffle. The match itself was fine."

[8.0] "Battle of the Marks! This was hard hitting and fun as expected, nothing to blow you away but very enjoyable. I absolutely do not understand this Mark Davis storyline where he is "reluctantly" in the Don Callis Family, but he can still put on fun matches."

[6.0] "Minus the ending, this was pretty good. Briscoe does his thing here, Davis plays really well into his size and plays a solid goliath character. The interference ending kinda sucked but the action here was good enough that it didn't matter all too much. ***1/4"

[6.0] "Decent match with a less than stellar ending. Very hard hitting and aggressive, Davies and Chicken put in the effort. The finish which I understand and don't necessarily disagree with cost a point for me. It was not particularly well done and felt a bit janky, but I'm probably splitting hairs. Decent match."

[7.0] "Match was fun as hell. Not sure what more you can expect out of these guys. It was a great back and forth and Briscoe is protected in a sense so the finish was justified. Not every win has to be squeaky clean. These guys put in the work."

[7.0] "This was a pretty fun match. The chops sounded incredible in this venue, and i am a sucker for loud chops. Davis looked gassed like 5 mins into it but finished with a good outing"

[8.0] "Great match. This was really stuff fun action from two pros and Im really happy to see Davis get the win here because he really needed a win. Briscoe has been great this year as it seems he can have a great match with pretty much anyone. Should be a great 4way on Dynamite"

[8.0] "I liked it a lot more than most people, but I really enjoyed it. A match with two guys chopping the life out of each others is always a winner to me. I'm not the biggest Davis fan, but he was good, and even if I would've prefered a Briscoe win, I think the 4 way finale will be great."

[5.0] "A decent match with a cheap distraction ending. Having both tournament matches end via cheating tactics within about 30 minutes of each other was a choice. Mark Briscoe continues to feel underutilized to his potential."

[6.0] "A solid TV match but I was expecting a little more from these two guys. Davis is good but not Fletcher good and Briscoe is capable of a lot more. It was ok though."
