It would have been nice if these two's first one-on-one match against each other didn't end in a DQ, but here we are."

If you have never seen Tiffany wrestle, this match made her look like the coolest female wrestler in a long time. The crowd loved her. She did crazy athletic moves with no regard for her safety in an effort to defeat a massive opponent. It was a risk to ride the fan interest in TIffany and make her a face with no alterations to her character. This proves that they know what they are doing and not just chasing merch sales."

Nia Jax is a botch machine and Stratton has a ton of potential but she still is very green and she barely made any progress since joining the main roster, so this match was just sloppy and too long. The stupid DQ finish made it even worse, Candice literally cost Nia her title match but she's not mad about it she even looks to be happy, that's dumb"

Nia also continues to show she can put on some good/great matches when matched with the correct person. The finish kind of sucks, but I understand it somewhat for story purposes. Probably would have given it a 9/10 if the finish wasn't wonky."

[6.0] "What's the reason for the DQ finish here? It just made Nia look stupid. She just lost a title match and she went back happy, even letting Charlotte go to the ring to call her shot on Tiff for WrestleMania. The whole thing with Trish could've worked the same with Tiffany winning the match. Nia is not going to be hurt by losing to the World Champion, and most likely Candice will take the pin at Toronto. Big way to shit on what was being a pretty good match. Nia has quite a low ceiling, but her improvement makes her being able to deliver more than decent performances. Tiffany also suffered a bit from having to wrestle a large woman and not being able to bring her A-game here, but still managed to do a solid work and she was portrayed as a big deal by surviving a lot of devastating looking attacks like that Avalanche Leg Drop. Not a great match, but it was being really nice until the shitty finish. The tag match for Elimination Chamber is pure empty fanservice, whatever (*** 1/4)"

[6.0] "It was mostly an entertaining match which played to the strengths of Nia Jax quite well. There were a few rough spots, especially when Tiffany tried to hit powermoves on Nia - which is a strange booking decision - but I globally enjoyed that match for as long as it went. But, man, that's quite a stupid finish : Candice who didn't even tried to interfere for the whole match, just attacked Tiffany in the most blatant way to have her win by DQ, and after that Nia Jax was happy ? For having lost her opportunity ? That makes no sense. 6/10."

[2.0] "I hated this match. So many botches and sloppiness in general ruined this. Tiffany is still a bit green and Nia, although improved greatly, has never been a fantastic worker. I just lost counts of botches. Tiffany's spinebusters looked awful. And then the countless false finishes. I hate this trend of infinite false finishes. And Tiffany has been presented as a physically strong wrestler but didn't get to show that strength here. I was waiting for her rolling senton but that never came. And then the shitty finish. Candice interferes on behalf of Nia and gets her disqualified. And Nia is happy. Wtf? That ending didn't make sense at all. Then heels beat up Tiffy. Trish Stratus makes the save but she also gets beaten up by heels. Charlotte arrives and declares Tiffy her opponent for Wrestlemania in, what was a very weird, promo."

Liked how Tiffany got a chance to show her power while the match still focused on Tiffany's athleticism vs Nia's power. DQ finish was a disappointing finish as was Nia destroying both Tiffany and Trish after the match."

The ending was a bit surprising if only because I expected Tiffany to win but they may want to get to a rematch between them. An enjoyable match on its way to being more before the ending. 6.5-7"

[10.0] "I absolutely loved the match between Tiffany Stratton and Nia Jax--it was easily the second-best match of the episode. While I noticed some botches, they didn't take away from my enjoyment. Everything about this match worked, from the video package building up the rivalry to Charlotte Flair settling in to watch Tiffany take on Nia. One of the biggest highlights for me was witnessing Tiffany Stratton execute what might be the most beautifully precise Swanton Bomb I've ever seen. I also appreciated the match ending in a no contest due to Candice LeRae's interference, which added to the chaos. This ultimately led to Trish Stratus, who had been introduced earlier in the episode by Wade Barrett, stepping in after Candice slid a chair into the ring. As Trish attempted to save Tiffany, she was also taken down by both Nia and Candice, prompting officials to intervene and remove them from the ring. I especially loved how Charlotte Flair then made her way to the ring, picked up the chair that was still inside, and casually set it up. In a slightly mocking tone, she got Tiffany's attention by declaring, "It's Tiffy Time, " as the Queen made her WrestleMania choice. Later in the episode, Trish Stratus approached Tiffany backstage, making it clear that she wanted payback for what Nia Jax and Candice LeRae had done. She proposed that they team up for a tag match at Elimination Chamber in Toronto, which I think is fantastic and can't wait to see it unfold."

[8.0] "Outside of that horrible La Knight Miz segment, I thought smackdown was pretty good. Strong opening segment with some potential teases to future matches and to add more smoke to the elimination chamber. Naomi vs Chelsea Green was a fun lil sprint. 7/10. Mcmg vs los garza was a lot of fun. 7.5/10. La knight vs the miz was somewhat decent. 6.5/10. If this leading to La knight and Shinsuke again please just have La knight aide Shinsukes run as champ has been abysmal that should have never happened in the first place. Another momentum building w for Melo. I see what hhh is doing since Melo has been losing a lot, hopefully this leads to him getting some wins over more formidable opponents. Tiffany Stratton vs Nia Jax was great and even heading into excellent territory before the dq finish. Nia has been the queen of tv matches and what a babyface performance from Tiffany. Since the alignments have been shifted in regards to the Tiffany and Charlotte match incoming for mania, I'm glad they corrected that decision since Charlotte is way more natural as a heel. Really looking forward to that one. 8/10. And then the main event for one of the last two qualifying spots for the chamber and it was a hoot. Jacob has gotten over big time since he's been able to do more than just much Solo. He's the real deal. No surprise at the winner here since Jacob should not be eating any pins any time soon. This match was great. 8/10. In conclusion, strong first hour, middling second hour due to the stuff that was dragging to kill time, and strong third hour. Much better smackdown tonight."

[5.0] "For a change, WWE gave a proper time slot for a Women's Championship match on a weekly show. But this match didn't deserve it. The action was slow and sloppy, at times. Tiffany is the champion, but that wasn't the impression one could get. Nia was presented strong at first, while Tiffany didn't get the chance to take control until the middle of the match. Nia showed her strength and physicality, while Tiffany tried to use her aerial abilities to retain the title. Unfortunately for us, it ended with a DQ finish. Why? I really can't understand. WWE decided to screw up a title match to have an excuse to add Trish Stratus to the Elimination Chamber PLE, where Tiffany and Trish will face Nia and Candice. Afterward, Charlotte Flair came to the ring while Tiffany was still lying in the middle, took a chair, sat down, made a joke out of Stratton, and announced that she'd challenge her for the Women's Championship at Wrestlemania. The presentation was ridiculous. After this week's show, I struggle to understand how WWE will make Tiffany appear strong again."

Both women's characters were distinct and their fighting styles complemented extremely greatly to produce such an entertaining clash for the title. LeRae's interference led to a finish that is annoying in general, but I get why that path was chosen. However, Trish Stratus helping Tiffany was a surprise, and I'm excited to see the eventual tag match at the Chamber. 3.75 out of 5 stars!"

I did expect Tiffany Stratton to pin Nia Jax to get the win and retain her WWE Women's Championship to raise her stock before her WrestleMania Match against Charlotte Flair. But it seems like they were protecting Nia Jax, so they caused the match to end in a DQ. Trish Stratus came from the crowd to help out Tiffany Stratton to fight off Nia Jax and Candice LeRae. But no luck prevailed as she was laid out as well. Backstage, Trish Stratus approached Tiffany Stratton and stated at Elimination Chamber it's gonna be Tiffany Stratton & Trish Stratus vs. Candice LeRae & Nia Jax in a Tag Team Match."
