1014.04.2024KingsCrossing7.0Unlike the previous match between Gargano and Lee, this was a match that ended up veering too far into 'overkill' territory. The match was exciting and full of athletic maneuvers, but I don't think it was structured as well as it could have been, as the pacing and tone felt fairly inconsistent. Funnily enough, my two favourite spots of the match weren't any of the death defying high spots - the moment where Ricochet took over on commentary and Omega winged a chair at his head from off screen was classic, and the boot to the sternum that sent Ricochet flying out of the ring was terrific. The finish unfortunately felt like they went too far, and I definitely think they would have been better off ending with the 630 than with the pretty lame looking and illogical Benadryller (the variant where he drops the opponent to their feet before a roundhouse kick). Despite the flaws, it's an exciting match that's worth checking out, and I'm sure fans of these two will get what they're looking for.

1510.11.2022Paul Allain6.0While the contest was very athletic and propulses Ricochet into the main event of the tournament, I had big troubles staying in the match, which put highspot on top of highspot and keeps going with an overkill of deadly things that overfilled me and almost me puke and say TOO MUCH, while also continuing Kenny Omega's trend of interspacing grating pompous pantomime in between moves that make him seem like he does not even care about the match, two things that keeps me from relaxing and joying their match fully.

2211.08.2020haroldanthony3 8.0These two had a pretty good brawl which could be a bit unexpected considering who was in this match up to Omega knocking out Excalibur by tossing a chair while Ricochet was talking at the announce table. However, after that they had a bit of a spot fest which made since considering that one of these guys had one more match to go while still giving the crowd a show. ****
2328.01.2020Wrestling Forever 9.0Von der Hauptseite: Omega vs Ricochet war mein Match of the Night. Omega verwendet wieder seinen rechten Arm als Kettensäge und Excalibur ging auch hier durch einen Stuhl KO. Für diesen Kracher gibt es (****1/4).
2402.12.2019seriousbusiness9.0Though this wasn't his best performance from that years BOLA, Kenny still ended it with a bang in a really great match against Ricochet. Less goofs and more of the brutal Kenny that can pick apart small-ish guys with his crisp offense. This made for a sweet performance from Ricochet needing to work harder for those sick comebacks.
2526.11.2019ShibataWresler7.0A dream match for me that actually happened, but not at the time when both the guys were at their A Game. But still this match was really good for what it was, just great action. The spots were nicely executed and were pretty creative, particularly the Vintage Kenny's transition from the electric chair into the German Suplex position on the top rope and further countered by Ricochet by a backflip. That was the moment of the match and the crowd popped hard for it. Overall this was a really fun match. ***3/4
