Aigle Blanc vs. Sidney Akeem

[5.0] "Something was off in this one, never delivered on the expectations of being a crazy spot fest. The pacing wasn't right for this sort of exhibition, someone would do a flippy and then the match would pause a bit instead of flowing smoothly into the next sequence. This match exposed them both as guys that work much better with a veteran opponent. **1/2"

[6.0] "Aigle Blanc is someone known to the many Progress fans attending this event, which helped, and Akeem is good fun. This is actually one of the more hard hitting and back and forth matches Akeem has had in his GCW run, and it was all the better for it. Finishing sequence was great"

[6.0] "Probably the weakest match on the card, but not bad at all. Sidney has come a long way since his strange WWE run, flashy moves but he didn't really connect with the crowd. Blanc was very good though, has a great move set, over with the crowd pretty quickly and looked great here. Sidneys cartwheel cutter is an interesting move, I loved how Blanc turned it into a german the first attempt though."

[5.0] "Very average, with little substance and clearly the bare minimum--or maybe it's just bad chemistry between the two. Really disappointed with the matchup."

[7.0] "Boring middle but lots of good stuff in the opening and closing 4 minutes, a bit pre-rehearsed in looks at times but very impressive athletic ability and overall, entertaining."
