[6.0] "I think it's time we break up with Okada. He clearly doesn't have the passion he used to. We need to understand he's just not into us anymore. Edit: Am I the only person around here that feels belts should actually mean something? A match like this makes the ROH TV Title worthless. Just like the tag belts on the last dynamite. And don't get me started with why the Continental Classic has a belt. C'Mon!"
[2.0] "I got nothing for this one. Okada doesn't put in a lot of effort in his television matches, especially not on the B show. Once again I'm left asking why a match like this is booked because it benefits no one. Both men are champions yet they're having an exhibition match that lowers their stock. Okada's screen presence takes a hit in matches like these. He put in minimal effort here and Komander messed up a few of his spots. Komander gets a flurry of offense in near the end before Okada hits the Rainmaker. *1/2"
[7.0] "I really enjoyed this one, especially in the last couple of minutes when Kommander got hot and Okada matched him! Okada really makes his opponents shine, and Kommander was great here, really fun match!"
[6.0] "I was excited for this match when it was announced and was happy to find that it was a sincerely good encounter. Komander is nothing short of incredible in the ring and Kazuchika Okada is really coming into his own as a heel made for American TV. This had some amazing sequences from the opening silo to the very end, and certainly checked the boxes for a 6+ rating. 3.25 stars, 6.5 out of 10."
[6.0] "This was interesting at first but sadly ending VERY quickly, didn't have time to make anyone interessed in the content. They for sure can have a better and long match in the future"
[4.0] "Komander pushed the pace and did the cool flashy stuff that made things exciting; Okada worked with the minimal effort that he brings to most of his television matches, and while I still enjoy them, It's matchups like these that I wish inspired him to produce something better. **"
[6.0] "(Grade:C-/**3/4) It was a nice little style clash, definitely picked up in the later half did enjoyed Kommander not going for Okada handshake 2 times only at the end of the match Okada going for it just to attack Kommander."
[5.0] "Maybe Im being a tad harsh rating this 5 but I felt Kommander was off a little at times and Jim Ross was mostly spouting rubbish on commentary."
[7.0] "Okada's tv matches are so funny because you never know what you're going to get as far as him caring and not coasting since it isn't a ppv match and by hook and by crook, he actually did care here. He was bumping his ass off for kommander which then led to a pretty fun match between the two"
[5.0] "This did pick up a bit towards the end but for the most part this was just kinda fine. Okada controls the first half and its mostly just standard stuff from him, then Komander makes his comeback before Okada hits him with a Rainmaker out of nowhere to get the win. **3/4"
[6.0] "As fun, as it feels watching Komander in action every single time, I wonder what the benefit was of having this Champions' Clash without a shimmer of high stakes. If making it an exhibition match is the reason, it was another way to prick a thorn in ROH and its champions (except Jericho & Athena). Nonetheless, there was no doubt that Okada would lose here and he did a fine job of being the despicable heel and taking Komander's breath-taking offense like a pro. 3 out of 5 stars!"
[5.0] "A match brought down by the booking. This is two matches in a row where Komander is losing on AEW TV to someone who will show no interest in the championship that Komander carries. I hate this style of booking as nobody gets any benefit from it. Match itself was solid otherwise. 5.5"
[5.0] "5.5 - Komander always needs to nail his crazy offense unless he ruins the flow. He had one or two slip ups, nearly hurting Okada's leg. Okada was fine, some decent offense from him."
[7.0] "Fun match where Okada bumped way more than I was expecting him to. Komander clearly has made some improvements to his offence (notwithstanding that one botch on the ropes) and him targeting Okada's legs with an assortment of good kicks was well worked. I liked how much he got in while never feeling in doubt about Okada's control over the match, and his split second decision to murk Komander and end it was brilliant. I enjoyed this a lot"
[6.0] "Nice match between two champions, with Komander showing some spirit, but eventually getting snuffed out by Kazuchika Okada. This would undoubtedly be better if there were some stakes to it, but it was a nice exhibition."
[6.0] "The match wasn't bad, but there were a lot of mistimes and spots that just didn't go smoothly. There was still impressive stuff here and there, and with both these guys you're grading on a curve because they are both good in theyre own way, but the chemistry either wasn't there or they were just merely unlucky as a lot of stuff didn't work out the way it should have, so it never got to the level that it could have, because on paper this should have been a really special match for its spot on the card. Because those spots couldn't build, it was just kinda middling, if still well wrestled outside those mistimed spots"
[6.0] "I really wanted this match to overdeliver and give the show something more exciting than this. Okada hasn't had a great match that went under twenty minutes since he joined the company, I don't understand why he is put in these positions to disappoint and lose even more of his screen presence. The match was totally fine on it's own with action that has enough back and forth and spots to get the crowd invested, but they are both capable of way more. Two weeks in a row that an Okada match looks awesome on paper and then fails to be anything. ***"
