The match ramped up but for a supposed grudge match I expected more. Jordynne deserves better too. I'd say glad she left but with WWE doing business with TNA now I'm not sure how true that is. Jordynne carried for the most part of this which, as a face is just weird, so to then lose in the manner she did is wild. Thank god the I quit match was after this to wipe the taste out my mouth."
[9.0] "This was great, these two women put on a great match. Knowing this was Jordynne's last matches in TNA, she went out on a high note. Tessa is just Tessa, enervating been a fan, and knowing her past, yeah, I'll never be a fan. However, that doesn't mean I didn't think she did good here, she did really good here"
[9.0] "I've seen one Tessa Blanchard match before and it was in the Mae Young Classic back in 2017 in WWE. She seemed talented enough back then, but I've only seen a handful of Jordynne Grace matches as well. So this was a huge surprise given my limited exposure to these two talents. Great match."

I wish Jordynne would have one more banger just to put someone over to deserves and needs it but now we have no Grace and will have to sit through Slamovich vs Blanchard."
[7.0] "We kinda knew what we were getting here. One last ppv match for Jordynne Grace and a reminder of the unfortunately undeniable talent of Tess Blanchard. I think for the most part the two pulled it off. Grace seems pretty incapable of having a dud match and while her rotations on her backfire and lariats were weirdly slow this was still a great outing for her. Tessa Blanchard has clearly not been forgiven for her sins yet but she did manage to get a a good amount of loud pops and while I myself can't really endorse her inevitable push in the division she's shown here that she's still pretty rock solid in the ring. This match did unfortunately get rather messy in the climax with the turn buckle spot. Blanchard had clear issues with removing the pad and to make things worse the referee saw the whole thing and did nothing to stop it or penalize Blanchard. An Eddie Guerrero finish this was not but shave off that ending and the the match was still a highlight no doubt"
[6.0] "This was extremely long and the crowd was not into it for some reason. While I was thinking about why the crowd is not all there, they started chanting about Tessa being a racist and it made sense. The crowd was not there to see this as a main event level women's match, which is what the workers were trying to do. Cut 5 minutes from this and it is way better."
[10.0] "Let me address the elephant in the room; if Logan Paul can be in the biggest wrestling promotion amidst the inhumane activities he did in the past, I'm sure that Tessa could get a chance to redeem herself after the allegations. Now, this match was meant to be physically supreme and bound to tip-toe onto the line between a fictional pro wrestling match and a real, stiff fight. Both women fought like their lives were put on the line and the genuine reactions for both women being distinctively different helped them so much to enhance the match quality. Tessa's win cemented her as the face of the division as she could fill the void left by Grace easily through her immaculate in-ring prowess and controversial elements into a golden character arc. 5 out of 5 stars!"
[10.0] "Easily match of the year. I had really high expectations looking at both of them and i was still surprised of how amazing this came out to be. They started insanely fast with hard-hitting moves and this tempo was kept throughout the whole match. It's so crazy to me how they managed to make all those spots look so effortlessly, Jordynne with such an ease was throwing Tessa like she weighs nothing. Also the crowd was really electric for this, if i'm being honest it felt like a main event. People were 100% behind Grace which doesn't surprise me at all, Blanchard was really booed which is also no brainer. The only "botched" thing were those turnbuckles but still it didn't look bad at all so who cares, they did the spots and it looked good. Tessa won with PERFECT Magnum (Jordynne sold that like her life was depending on it) Blanchard winning here was right decision imo, Jordynne was leaving and they needed someone to replace her. I know Tessa is really controversial but she brings ratings and the heat from the crowd. Her wrestling skills are very otherworldly and if she will stay out of problems she can comeback on top pretty quick. Brilliant match, *****"
[6.0] "Really impressive turnout for TNA - this show looked better than anything AEW has produced of late. This one set off heated, but quickly died down into a soulless parade of big moves with nothing lasting or substantial for the crowd to sink its teeth into. Grace at least managed to give the impression that she was battling to get her shit in. Blanchard, meanwhile, was lousy. She didn't stay down for anything and was lazily scurrying around showing no ill effects for the duration **3/4"
[8.0] "Definitely the most controversial of the night, and while I won't get into the details of why, I can't deny how much I enjoyed what was happening on screen. Both women absolutely killed it in the ring. The chemistry between Tessa and Jordynne was undeniable, and they gave everything in this match. Jordynne Grace, in particular, she's truly destined for stardom wherever she ends up. She has everything it takes, and her performance here only solidified that in my eyes, as if there was any doubt. It was a great match, despite the surrounding controversy."
[7.0] "First time seeing Blanchard and focusing squarely on the in-ring action, this delivered big time. Structured like a main event with big moves and a build that lost a bit of momentum towards the ends. This is the style of match that doesn't have a ton of storytelling and relies on impressive moments and spots to get the crowd invested, which is hard for me to connect to sometimes. Lots of reversal sequences that got a bit long in the tooth after a while with some of the moves feeling like they had no weight on the match after a minute. The finish with the awkward turnbuckle struggles weren't too bad for me and the maneuvers were all executed perfectly. ***3/4"
[5.0] "Strange match for me to rate. There was definitely some really good action, Jordynne is a favorite of mine and Tessa, well, everything else apart she is still a capable wrestler. However, it was hard for me to form any strong attachment to the match because of all of Tessa's baggage. Yes, she's not the first wrestler to be exposed as a really nasty person, but when the crowd is chanting "she's a racist" then you know you've really gone far over the line. It was too good for me to call it bad, but I have to rate by what I enjoy and it was just very hard to put all the distraction aside and focus solely on the action."

The heat she was getting in this match is not heel heat what so ever it is she's a piece of shit human heat. Which is why you hear the she's a racist chant. If tna don't see that and realize it's an issue and this is a BAD idea idk wth will make the realize that. Sadly this is one of the better tna knockout matches i've seen and may be the tna match of the year when it comes down to it. I just feel bad for jordynn grace probably the best knockout in tna history having to put over this piece of shit human on her way out. Love the in ring match tho if you take out every other aspect. Great drama although the turnbuckle was botched because tessa dumbass couldn't get the buckle off. 4.50 stars"

I don't know who Tessa is and I guess she's somehow a racist or whatever but Jordynne is the star and I appreciate her existence in the ring and they put on a fantastic show."
[9.0] "[**** 3/4 ] Definitely a candidate for one of the best female matches of the year. For me, it's the perfect return for Tessa Blanchard, who had been missing since the racism incidents. But man, what a good fighter, really. I think she's one of the best in the business. It's also a great end to Jordynne Grace's journey at TNA, who will probably go to WWE, which is the right thing to do in my opinion because she's a truly above-average fighter. And speaking of the fight, it was good from start to finish, with few mistakes and very good spots."
[10.0] "This was one of the best Knockouts matches ever. You could feel the hatred between these two. The finish with the turnbuckle pad was a little unfortunate and keeps this one from top 5 all time territory, but it'll be hard for any of the knockouts to top this one this year."
[6.0] "The match became boring pretty fast. Grace dominated a majority of this match and looked, as always, incredible. She really is a powerhous. However due to her dominating most of the match the win for Blanchard seems very wrong. I don't know, it just rubbed me the wrong way."
[8.0] "(Grade:B+/****1/4) Right off the bat, Fuck Tessa Blanchard! On back to the match itself, It was pretty great! Started off as it should with Jordynne Grace laying it in on Tessa to the crowd's cheering and it continue into a grudge match with some hard-hitting strikes along with psychology making it quite interesting to see who would go on top. The finish really soured my rating especially with the blatant removing of the turnbuckle and who went over. However, Did love the crowd chanting "She's a Racist" that cracked a smile on my face!"
[9.0] "storytelling, psychogy and good wrestling. this is what a grudge match is all about. they started with hate and it's rapidly became a "show me what you got, i can do better than you! " contest. there's so much to see but in my comments i don't want to spoil anything: just watch it"
[6.0] "Battle of the strong jawlines, really nice and hard hitting, went a bit long and the ending lost its steam with the messy turnbuckle grappling. First match the crowd really got into for positive or negative reasons lol. Some of the spots were awesome the stairs to floor dvd being a standout."
[9.0] "Blanchard isn't going to win anyone over with her history of discretions, but she remains a tough-as-nails, great wrestler. Grace is capable of eating up anyone she wants in the ring, but didn't here to the benefit of everyone, making for a fantastic match. It went a little too long and a little too convoluted down the stretch, keeping it from 10 IMO, but it remains a physical spectacle you can't get just anywhere.... Masha-Tessa seems like a likely destination sometime this year, which should be another physical test."
[7.0] "They did a good job of selling their frustrations with each other, particularly in the striking and one point in the match where it looks like Tessa is grabbing Jordynne's hair while Jordynne is trying to choke Tessa out. But the bulk of the work felt clunky and slow, at best inconsistent. And the finish really sucked the life out of everything - I'm sure the idea is to make Jordynne look strong on her way out by Tessa needing to cheat multiple times but to do the messy, botched turnbuckle spots and then just hit a great top rope codebreaker that Jordynne sold as a killer move anyway? I don't know if I understand. Two individuals that are absolutely worth more separately than the sum of their parts."

Because as much as this was a good match, and so far the best women's match in the West in 2025... it's 2025, I really do not want to see Tessa Blanchard in a ring, let alone getting a push. And clearly a good proportion of the audience feel the same, because as much as she was still working heel, "she's a racist! " chants are not heel heat, they're go-away heat. Fair play to Jordynne's professionalism that she was able to deliver a really good match, but given how her first run with TNA ended, and given that one of her bullying victims is one of the most beloved women's wrestlers going around (and a key attraction of TNA's new business partners), a Tessa Blanchard push is just asking for trouble. Also, even if it wasn't for the obligatory Tessa Tax... I think it still would be an 8, if only for the nonsense that went on with the turnbuckle spot taking the wind out the sails. A distillation of the "good match, shit creative" feel this show had in one match."

For a women wrestling match, this is tremendous, so many spots, excellent pace and density. Good job, surely will stay one of my favorite match of 2025."

I never thought they could create such great chemistry in such a smooth and clean way. This is something that might be difficult in women's wrestling, whether in the West or the East. My enjoyment of this match was multiplied because they managed to deliver 20 minutes of pure wrestling with a dash of hatred and violence, without an ounce of artificiality in the ring. ****.25"

People often have difficulties separating the artist from their art, but I cannot bring myself to mark this match down just because Blanchard was involved in it. Jordynne Grace was fantastic as her opponent in what is likely her TNA swansong before she goes to NXT (or the main roster, she's good enough to skip ahead). Just to say it's likely Blanchard's wrestling abilities are why TNA decided to give her another chance, a lesser wrestler with her reputation wouldn't get that."
[10.0] "I will put a 10 here since it's the first time in a long period of time I felt like Im watching match between two mans, not womans. Tessa and Jordynne - top wrestlers which delivered everything in this match. Of course, Jordynne will go to NXT now and Tessa is a future of TNA, at least for this year, so result was obvious, but the way how they beat everything out of each others was amaing. Great match, despire some minor botches but overall performance is smth I would like to rewatch."
[8.0] "Welcome back Tessa. Good match, lots of cool reversals. Tessa is obviously still good. But honestly, I liked the Jordynne vs. Masha matches better. [10.0] "Tessa's new theme and entrance make her look like an absolute superstar, this also goes for Jordynne, Crowd was super hot for this, it started off with great intensity with both competitors doing their very best to win this grudge match. The action did slow down later on which is normal given all the wild moves they both performed, it made perfect sense in this context. Tessa won, showing everyone she's still one of the best women wrestlers in the world. Match of the night for me, absolute classic"
[7.0] "Ladies gave almost everything on the line here. Wished it had more pace. Felt the flow of the match slow for me. But it wasn't not a good match, especially with hard-hitting as it was and spots that makes my spin tingle."
[10.0] "If I were to complain about something in this match, it might be the excessive number of pinfalls. It slowed the match down a bit and made Tessa's offense seem less prominent. However, when you're in the ring with JG, who is a complete wrestler, you don't get too many opportunities to shine in the match. The ladies were given 20 minutes, which is exactly how much time two top-tier wrestlers should get. It was a banger that got the crowd going and a show-stealer. I'm looking forward to seeing both ladies in other matches because they clearly have many great bouts ahead of them, not just in TNA."
[10.0] "This match was great, but it was also fun, the crowd got really into it, and it was such a hot match, good to have Tessa kinda comeback from where she left off kinda in the alien event, but this was great, and they really got enough time to show there skill, and they proved that they really are one of the best women's' wrestlers in any division, it would be fun to have these two in the women's royal rumble, but I can't wait to see what Tessa going to do next, i just hope they keep her away from the men's world title, even though she used to have fire matches with them"
[10.0] "This goes down as one of the best women's matches I have seen. Wasn't expecting much out of this match, but it turned out to be an extremely solid contest between the two amazing performers. Their chemistry is really really good (i'd even say better than Mercedes Mone and Kris Stadlander). The moves were great and the pace was really fast, much to my liking. Though people are cold on Tessa due to her past controversy, I am solely focused on this match and i was sports entertained. I dont think i will be sleeping on Tessa and will be checking out more of her matches in the future. 4.75 stars."

Easily on the top 5 greatest matches of all time hands down, argue with the wall because that match was insanity. Kayfabe was upheld, real life beef was upheld, a story was written, and a story was told.
