Taya Valkyrie vs. Toni Storm

[4.0] "Bad place at the card for a bad and useless match. No botches at all but they never clicked, those matches only happenned to give Toni Storm some victories during her short rockstar era."

[5.0] "You mean the bad wrestling wasn't only part of Toni's previous gimmick? Because if that is the case then she won't be getting any more interesting. Oh well it was fun while it lasted."

[4.0] "Pretty lackluster match. I like both of these women's work individually, but I feel that they've never clicked in the ring unfortunately."

[4.0] "The weakest match on the show, unfortunately. I am enjoying Storm's current character, though. I'm interested to see how it continues to play out, as I'm feeling that we'll see Storm challenge Mariah May for the Women's World Title at some point. Maybe at Grand Slam in Brisbane?"

[7.0] "I thought the Toni Storm vs. Taya Valkyrie match was much better than it's currently rated here; it was very storyline focused, in a good way, by having Toni further her "rookie" character and Taya being *so* annoyed with whatever Toni's playing at."

[5.0] "I thought it was a solid match. Toni works as an underdog lacking the confidence due to her post-trauma amnesia. She manages to pick up the win despite being clobbered by Taya earlier in the match, a late comeback has enough potency to pave her path to victory. **3/4"

[3.0] "I don't know why they keep running Taya vs Toni, they don't have chemestry they didn't have it in their previous match and didn't have it this time"

[4.0] "The permeation of dumb acts like Toni Storm on Dynamite is a big part of why I do not watch it and this meh match offered nothing though I had lowered expectations with her against Taya, who is just not a top end wrestler and has been adequate mainly."

[4.0] "Solid match, I thought that Toni and Taya worked stiff and showed pretty decent things here, but I don't have much to add, Taya and Deonna usually don't do exciting things in the ring and as a duo they're not showcased a lot, but this was alright, despite the ending being kinda bad and messy - {*3/4}"

[6.0] "Wow, this Toni Storm lady certainly has a future here in AEW. I LIKE Taya, but this was all about the new rookie upstart Toni Storm."

[6.0] "Fine match. Great win for the rookie Toni Storm on her Dynamite debut and hopeful to see what's next for her"

[4.0] "This was mostly one long heat segment from Taya controlling Toni, and not super exciting. I really don't know where the Vendetta is headed, as Taya exists largely as a pin eater and Deonna hasn't been doing too much either. I think they could be a pretty great heel stable, and I think the females could really use some faction warfare to spice up the division."

[5.0] "There must have been a mistake - this was the long awaited debut of long time indie star Toni Storm on AEW Dynamite, but the graphics tried saying she had other matches, and even said she's been AEW Women's World Champion three times! Don't know what they're talking about! Seriously, this was an OK match with Taya Valkyrie that got Storm in front of the hot New York crowd, and Toni Time is always a fun time. Whether it will be Timeless again remains to be seen."

[6.0] "Taya does nothing for me but this was good for what it was, Toni is trying something ambitious here so let's see if it works but to her credit she's putting in the work and is even wrestling like a rookie which is kinda hard to pull off. Toni vs Deonna should be fun."
