[9.0] "Oh hey look, four of the key ECW members going tooth and nail in a tag team match. If that sounds great to you then we are on the same page! And I really appreciate how this shows the many sides of what made ECW great. You've got a sawed off suplex machine in Taz, a raving lunatic in Sabu, a cocky hyper-athlete in RVD, and a simple guy who will take any pain and keep fighting in Dreamer. And of course there is a lot of story going on around the match, also a great point in favor of ECW. Sabu and RVD are continuing their pro-WWF run even without the presence of Jerry Lawler, and Dreamer is still dead set on fighting them every inch of the way. His preferred partner would be the Sandman, but Sabu blasted him in the face with a (great looking) fireball recently and he is out of commission. So he turns to Taz, but Taz is hardly a friend. Adamant that he doesn't give a damn about ECW or Dreamer, he accepts only because of his never-ending war with Sabu. Taz has also been dealing with the challenge of The Pitbulls, who have turned heel and are acting as tertiary allies of the WWF squad. The fight is tough and gritty as hell as all four guys attack with their own violent styles, and we get a lot of great action right up until it seems Taz and Dreamer have things well in hand, both men holding down their opponents with a version of the Tazmission, when suddenly the Pitbulls appear. Just as Taz warned Dreamer, he sees these guys who have been on his tail and abandons the match to settle his more pressing business with them, leaving Dreamer alone for the final stretch. Improbably Dreamer still manages to pull out a win, capitalizing on the considerable damage Taz did for most of the match, but after the 3 count he remains at a severe disadvantage and it's clear the feud will not be over soon."
