Riddle looked like a total beast in there, and Ospreay made sure to bump like a madman to put all his shit over. A fantastic sprint if I've ever seen one. [****]"

[7.0] "Good match between Ospreay and Riddle even though it was obviously too short to be anything great, and that's what disappointed me a little bit because I'm a huge fan of these two elite performers so I was looking forward to watching this but when I saw that it was only eight minutes long I was immediately turned off. I know you can do a lot of great things in eight minutes (which is what they did) but a few more minutes clearly wouldn't have gone amiss and would have made it even better, although I can understand the idea of making Riddle extremely strong for his first singles match in PROGRESS Wrestling. And it's fair to say that if that was their goal, they achieved it perfectly as Riddle getting one of the promotion's pioneers to tap out was a shocking moment."

The match lacked big unique spots or reversals but was fun and fast paced till the end."

[9.0] ""Amazing! It is quite a rare phenomenon when in such a short period of time to create something more than just a good match. Thankfully it was a success. Still, Matt Riddle is one of the few wrestlers that can in the shortest allotted time to demonstrate a real masterpiece, and of course his opponent was a match for him. Great chemistry between Matt and Will, there's no other way. ""

There was no pauses here as Riddle took the fight to Ospreay immediately which led to some crazy spots on the outside. These guys showed they had the chemistry for a classic later down the line, but this sprint was a nice sample, ****."

[10.0] "One of the best sprints I have ever witnessed. Right off the bat, Riddle attacks Ospreay and the action begins. Many strikes from both men, dives to the outside and some brawling. This was a very dynamic debut for Riddle, the crowd loved him and chanted "brogress". This was on the same level as their two other longer matches from evolve and ott."
